Having never done business with Costway, I was a little bit suspect, so we only ordered a couple of the items we needed. The Adirondack chairs and table arrived in a reasonable amount of time. I was provided with tracking so I could keep up with the shipment. The packages arrived in good condition. The chairs were flat packed but we were able to easily put them together. We feel that the quality is good and we plan to order more. We were very happy with our experience.
The table was easy to assemble, good instructions and looks great. The delivery was in good time however it was left near the bins, not next to our apartment door. If for some reason it had not been noticed that day, the bins guy might have even dumped it. Not a safe place to put a new package at all. I'd be telling the delivery driver to never do this again. Product itself was great.
No issues with order at all but delivery service was poor. They didnt even remove the goods from the delivery pallet and left me with a pallet to get rid of. For this reason i would not order any large items from the company again. Have received similar deliveries from other companies and they certainly do not leave their pallets behind for the customer to fet rid of

The cabinets were really nice. I found them easy to assemble. Costway did contact to ensure I'd receive d my delivery, however, it was a bit of an inconvenience that the 2 packages were delivered on different days despite being shipped off at the same time. Other than that - easy transaction and happy overall.
