I have been a loyal fan of AT&T and find them harder to deal with these days. I went to the Asurion folks who listened & offered a possible solution to the problem. Change the SIM card to possibly improve phone service! Seems simple enough and now to get AT&T to assist. I was impressed by the tech's knowledge and provided excellent tech service. The clerk who I first approached was also very helpful. Excellent customer service from both.

That interruption must have confused me to select the correct process and my new phone was without apps. After hours of trying to load apps with my passwords etc. I decided to contact the free help. Maria convinced me to start over and gave me excellent step by step instructions in order to get my apps transferred. I appreciated her patience because this took quite a few minutes. The apps seemed to be on my new phone and I am anxious to see if everything works as well as learn the new applications and capabilities of my new phone. Bob

I have a cordless weed wacker with the metal/steel blade attachments. I bought it from Amazon in September of 2024. I charged the batteries for this season, and was hoping to start getting my yard in shape. To my surprise, and great disappointment it didn't work. I tried multiple times, changed to the other battery in case there was a connection issue, and it didn't work. I bought the Asurion extended warranty, and contacted them. I did my claim through their live chat. It was a great experience! I provided the representative with all the product information, brand, date of purchase, Asurion order number, verified address etc. The representative took care of it while on the chat. I will be getting a voucher to replace my weed wacker. I can't wait, this weed wacker was a beast! Light weight, and could go almost every thing with the interchangeable blades. I hope this helps.
