I went online and put in a claim for my phone fully expecting a long drawn out process online and then probably mail and then over the phone, but nope. It was so easy! I answered the questions, and they shipped out a replacement phone right away.
I paid a $99 deductible to get a phone replacement. I was sent a bad phone. The speakers did not work in the phone was sent. Then I had to go through the process of getting another one sent to me. It was a nightmare I think that you should test your phones before you send them out to customers

I tried to register my new laptop but couldn't find the exact numbers for my contact. I was connected to a very patient Asurion Representative and they made it so easy for me. They asked me a few questions and it was done. I purchased the laptop for my granddaughter so I was informed the contract had to be with her info, not mine. I can't thank the Representative enough. Saved me a lot of headaches.
