Maeanne was excellent answering all of my questions. She helped me to erase my phone so that I could get a trade-in credit from Verizon. She also answered questions about how to use the buttons on my new iPhone 16 including how to access Siri. The wait for each exchange was not long --- at most 1-2 minutes.

Asurion Warranty 1000% worth it

I have had to use the Asurion Warranty on Pool Equipment 4 times now over the last 5 years. Obviously robotic pool equipment is not made to last long, but with the extended warranty when it kicks the bucket (after a couple of years) they have been very easy to work with to get it replaced. Their customer service has been very friendly and helpful each time and has made the process easy and painless.

Amazing Job 👏🏼

Cracked my phone the night before Mothers Day! Was extrupset as the glass was bad. I went into my protection plan to see what options was available. Eventually made an appointment for them to come to me and fix my phone. I honestly thought they was going to cancel but he came earlier than expected that Monday & was done in less than 30 min. Awesome job 👏🏼

I recently purchased a pop-up canopy tent on Amazon. While it was outside the wind damaged the structure. Fortunately, I had purchased a protection plan through Asurion. They reviewed my claim online and through chat and issued a gift card for the item's purchase price. I am so grateful!

Amazingly easy

My son's phone was cracked. I filed a claim online one night, and the next afternoon the tech was at my house at the scheduled time. He fixed the phone, offered a glass protector, and was on his way. It could not have been easier or more efficient. Definitely worth the price for insurance.

Cracked Phone Screen

The Asurion representative came to the house within the time frame I selected. He gave me advance notice of his estimated time of arrival. When he arrived he was pleasant and had me sign the consent. Everything was done inside his work van in my driveway. It took roughly a half hour and he was on his way. I was impressed with how quick everything was, and I liked how they came to me. It beat having to go sit at an AT&T store for a period of time. It's definitely worth paying for the insurance.

The tech communicated so well to set up the appointment. When running late he called to let me know and was very apologetic. The service was FANTASTIC! My experience with Asurion was very professional, fast, and friendly. By me being on a job assignment away from home I dropped my phone and it cracked my screen. Went to at&t and they directed me to asurion right down the street from where they were at. I was expecting that I wouldn't get my phone back until 2-3 days but low and behold i was completely shock when Aiden told me it will be ready in 2 hours. I was super excited 😄 and grateful to have my phone back on the same day.

As for filing my claim when my mobile would no longer hold a charge, was straight forward, however, I have another claim to file and your system isn't at all easy, in fact after numerous attempts your system provides a 800 number. There should be a prompt to file another claim.

My Asurion tech was the most amazing individual to offer to meet me at my place of employment earlier than my scheduled time as I would not be able to leave work earlier. He was curteous and very efficient and knowledgeable. He fixed my device in no time at all & hand delivered it back to me. So pleased with the results both times we have ever had to file a claim.with Asurion. Both issues were fixed promptly and the process to file a claim is so easy!

Quick, Easy, and Effective

Wow! Where can I start? Scheduling was a breeze, technician arrived on time, he was extremely nice, and my phone was fixed in 30 minutes. Highly recommend if you need a repair! Fixed my iPhone screen and didn't have to wipe or reprogram it.

I could not erase my old iphone to send back. I called number that they said to erase device. It said At & T. That person didn't have a clue. Was suppose to send me an email and to Protect. No email and it went silent. I called Asurion and I got someone named Brandon. Needless to say the Pro directed me with ease. I think he needs to go and train some people.

Black screen, they came to my home to fix

Top notch service. The gentleman arrived on time. Came to my door, told me it would take 15-20 minutes to diagnose. Exactly 15-20 mins later he was knocking on my door and i had a fixed screen. Couldn't recommend more. So much easier than traveling all the way to the store and waiting hours when it is 35 mins from my home.
