I have had to use the Asurion Warranty on Pool Equipment 4 times now over the last 5 years. Obviously robotic pool equipment is not made to last long, but with the extended warranty when it kicks the bucket (after a couple of years) they have been very easy to work with to get it replaced. Their customer service has been very friendly and helpful each time and has made the process easy and painless.

The Asurion representative came to the house within the time frame I selected. He gave me advance notice of his estimated time of arrival. When he arrived he was pleasant and had me sign the consent. Everything was done inside his work van in my driveway. It took roughly a half hour and he was on his way. I was impressed with how quick everything was, and I liked how they came to me. It beat having to go sit at an AT&T store for a period of time. It's definitely worth paying for the insurance.

My experience with Asurion was very professional, fast, and friendly. By me being on a job assignment away from home I dropped my phone and it cracked my screen. Went to at&t and they directed me to asurion right down the street from where they were at. I was expecting that I wouldn't get my phone back until 2-3 days but low and behold i was completely shock when Aiden told me it will be ready in 2 hours. I was super excited 😄 and grateful to have my phone back on the same day.
As for filing my claim when my mobile would no longer hold a charge, was straight forward, however, I have another claim to file and your system isn't at all easy, in fact after numerous attempts your system provides a 800 number. There should be a prompt to file another claim.

My Asurion tech was the most amazing individual to offer to meet me at my place of employment earlier than my scheduled time as I would not be able to leave work earlier. He was curteous and very efficient and knowledgeable. He fixed my device in no time at all & hand delivered it back to me. I could not erase my old iphone to send back. I called number that they said to erase device. It said At & T. That person didn't have a clue. Was suppose to send me an email and to Protect. No email and it went silent. I called Asurion and I got someone named Brandon. Needless to say the Pro directed me with ease. I think he needs to go and train some people.
Top notch service. The gentleman arrived on time. Came to my door, told me it would take 15-20 minutes to diagnose. Exactly 15-20 mins later he was knocking on my door and i had a fixed screen. Couldn't recommend more. So much easier than traveling all the way to the store and waiting hours when it is 35 mins from my home.
