It's really really simple, I put in a claim yesterday and my iPad come in today. FedEx sorta took their time and gave me a crappy photo of where my package was but that's nothing on Asurion. That was "Amazon Prime Same Day" fast. Thank you so much guys!

I am new to Asurion I have only been with them for less than a year. But I'm definitely tired of spending hundreds of dollars UP FRONT for extended warranties on already expensive products that doesn't even cover everything that cold go wrong! Asurion covers all the tech in your house regardless of age. It was super easy to file a claim, paid a very small deductible and had the option to drop it off or they would pick it up! AND it was fixed in TWO DAYS! I will never buy another extended warranty again.

I couldn't find one of my Asurion plans using the Asurion search tools. Wilson took the available information I had about the product and it's plan and dug until he found that somehow one of my auxilliary email addys had been associated with the plan rather than my primary addy. Now all is right with the world. Wilson was concise, efficient, and personable in working through the situation.
When I initially filed the claim. I'm not kidding the very best in telephone customer service responded. To the bosses please look up the two reps who answered the first one we disconnected and she made sure my information didn't get lost and made it extremely easy for the rep who I ended up talking to when I called back to help finish
Initially it was a little difficult to get the claim processed, but once they decided the claim was valid the process went pretty smooth and they fixed and shipped my computer back to me ready to go!

Asurion went above & beyond my expectation in fixing my laptop computer. I was thinking of a few keys that were broken to be replaced. Asurion replaced my whole keyboard, shell surrounding the keyboard & outside with a new top & screen. Having purchased the extended warranty was a great benefit. I also only had to do without my computer 1 week. Shipping was included with the plan. UPS 2 Day Air. Great job done on my computer. Thank You!
Only two weeks after purchasing a set of headphones for my husband, they broke and I needed to use my protection plan. SOOOOOO GLAD I BOUGHT IT! I never do, but lately I've started to as electronics seem to be more cheaply made nowadays and break before the first year. I highly recommend buying this plan!

Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
