Made a claim for my tablet. They stated the claim would take 4 wks to get my $400 and claim to go through and a $109 copay. I received my emails for my bank info for deposit.
2 wks later my tablet was working. I called to cancel my claim. An for some reason the customer service representative didn't know what to do. 45 minutes later he stated my claim was canceled and copay would be taken off my ATT phone bill.
After a month with an outstanding bill of $109 copay I called back. I ended up talking to same representative as before. I explained to him about the copay and my canceled claim
First half he comes and says will send you 109 dollars. I said no, no just take off my bill. Then I have explain again. 20 mins later be comes back and says will send you 400 dollars, again I told him no no. I wasn't going to explain again. Then some supervisor gets on the phone and tell me my claim wasn't canceled and that a check was deposited in my account. She couldn't even give me the exact day of deposit. I had my bank app opened to my info in hand on the 3 days supposedly it was deposited and there were no deposits. I live pat check to pay chek. I would of know and received a notification on my bank of any deposit. Frustrated beyond belief I got her name and let her know I would be reaching out to someone in higher position.
4 days after that call I received a check by mail.
Still have the check, now I'm being charged for a tablet fee. Because they haven't received my tablet I was supposed to send in.
You company is a complete Cluster F**k.
I will be reaching out to the Better Business Bureau.

When you open the door on the microwave it would start to run. Contacted asurion and they resolved the issue immediately. Can't ask for better.

I would recommend this conpany, from the firstperson that took the call, the technician was very good! The negative experience was the person who repeatedly changed (3x) the confirmed appointed time!
The Assurion tecnician arrive as promised, he was very kind and engaging. He did everything to accomodate us, he was very meticulious with his repairs.
I purchased this protection plan when I purchased my8 LG refrigerator. My fridge has condensation on the exterior of the freezer door and they told me that was normal, really? They sent 6 techs out that are supposedly LG specialist. Not so much. My fridge has been gooped with with silicone caulk, random styriphone taped to the freezer door, duct tape, and a repair expert that couldn't figure it out. They tried replacing the door but the door was an inch off from the other door and the repair rep was going to leave it. WHERE IS THE LEMON REPLACEMENT ASSURION! I AM TIRED OF WAITING FOR PHONE CALLS I DONT RECEIVE from a so called, repair specialist. Repair reps tell me it's on you to replace this. All you do is collect the money we pay you upfront and do nothing.
SUBMITTED CLAIM, (REFRIG NOT COOLING) SERVICE TECH ASSIGNED AND RESPONDED, TECH DID NOT DO ANYTHING, SAID IT WAS NOT SERVICEABLE.
NEVER HEARD ANY FURTHER RESPONSE FROM SERVICER COMP. NOR ASURION. 30 DAYS CALLED ASURUION, THEY APPOLOGIZED, ASSIGNED A NEW SERVICER THEY RESPONDED, ORDERED PARTS: RESPONDED AND REPLACED PARTS, BUT NOT ABLE TO FIX PROBLEM. 2 WEEKS, NO RESPONSE FROM THE SERVICE COMPANY NOR ASURION. CALLED ASURION, THEY DECIDED TO IMBUSE ME FOR PRODUCT REPLACEMENT. OVERALL SATISFIED.
SUGGEST: NEED TO CHANGE PROCESS, TIMELY RESPONSE TO CUSTOMER TO BE INFORMED BY TECH SERVICER OR ASURION, POST PROCESS OF INITIAL SERVICE REPAIR OR SUBSEQUENT ACTION NEEDED,
It is a very great satisfying experience. They use original parts to repair your device.
The person that helped me, Marygold, was super and very nice. It only took a few minutes and we were done. Highly recommend Asurion.

Answer: Asurion insurance is who: Cricket Wireless, Verizon, & most remaining cell phone companies are with now! Just be careful b/c they are IMO SCAMMERS that will get you at one time or another!
Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
