The service was great as the technician came to my house and fixed my phone while he was sitting in his vehicle. He was friendly, courteous and called to confirm he was on his way. Due to the location the option for at home repair was a nice touch. It is nice that the service fee is able to be charged to phone bill.
I don't know how they have such high reviews. They denied a laptop claim for the battery, no explanation. Also they are denying a claim for a PS5 controller because they don't have a clear picture of the serial number. I can't get a clear picture. It's tiny, silver and in between the handles. I have called twice, filled out their forms 4 times, sent in the requested pictures twice and given them all of the numbers they requested 4 times but they still can't process it? This is a scam. Clearly they will deny claims and keep requesting information no matter how many times you provide the information so they can blame you for not following their policies and they can justify not processing the claim. I worked in insurance for 12 years. This is a very obvious tactic.

This was my first time using Asurion. The gentleman that check me in was very informative and polite. It took a little less than an hour to replace my broken screen. It is located conveniently near shopping and dining options to pass time while your phone is being repaired. Highly recommend!
AT & T couldn't fix the problem, neither could the Geek Squad. Had to take my iPhone to "Ubreak it we fix it" to get a new iPhone so I could make a simple phone call.

I opened a claim. The girl came 1 1/2 hrs late. The new phone said sim not compatible so the tech told me to take it to Verizon in the morning because she couldn't transfer the info into the new phone. I took it to Verizon the next day. They transferred all my info and then couldn't unlock the phone because it was a phone for a different carrier. I called Asurion and they informed me I had to put a credit card into their website in case I didn't return the phone. I did that and when I checked later there was no information that a new phone was coming and I had to call again and was told the information never loaded to their site. Now I can't get another phone until 5 days after I filed my claim and I'm leaving for business and will not have a phone for the 3 days I'm gone. I find it ridiculous that I've been paying insurance on 5 phones for years and it's taking me days to get a phone because one of Asurion techs couldn't bring me the right phone. Worst company ever…. I'm looking into another company for insurance. This is absolutely terrible. I was told too bad by 4 people today.

Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
