So three months ago my husband passed away. After he passed away I witnessed a woman in the street being taken advantage of by a man. I approached her and she told me he was forcing himself on her trying to make her be his girlfriend. I knew this guy because my husband liked him and I was giving him a place to stay. Well I made him leave and let her stay. Big mistake. When I made her leave she took the keys to my car as well as my phone. She stole the car that was later returned to me broke down about a mile from my home. It was easy enough to get back home so I did with help if a friend. The phone I didn't j ow what o was going to about. I mean you don't realize how much of your life is on your phone. I bank at a online bank and use the tap and pay deal NFC so that I don't lose my cards. Not to mention I had no idea how I was going to pay the deductable for my phone. I went online at home on my tablet and pulled up Asurion and started the claim process. I had just received my tablet so it had none of my banking stuff on it at all. I put in the claim and they put the deductable on my phone bill. Thank goodness for that. Not to me mention the claim was so easy to do. After dealing with TMobile's claim process. I was scarred to place this claim. With TMobile's claim process you must pay the deductable before your claim even gets submitted. With all that I have been through this was a huge blessing. Thank you AT&T and Asurion you both have helped me in my time of need.
My Sonora cali store hooked me up and got my issues resolved in about an hour vs the two days I tried to accomplish the same task. Gotta love the new gen.
I accidentally dropped and rolled over my cellphone. It not only broke the protector screen but also the actual screen. I made an appointment with Asurion insurance through AT&T. They came to my home the very next day and fixed the cellphone to perfect condition. Easy request submission, fast response professional service.

Not sure how my phone got damaged but filing a claim was very easy. Less than a 24 hour waiting period turn around for my claim to be approved and received a new replacement phone in 24 hours after the approval. Deductible didn't have to be paid up front. It was added to my bill which was nice because I didn't have the funds available at the time. Overall it was quick, easy and took a total of 3 days to file, be approved and receive a new replacement. I have had to send in my phone previously and was given a different phone when I had a cracked screen. The deductible was 250 every time. Now, the tech comes to me, had the screen fixed in under 45 minutes and the deductible was much much cheaper! That's what I call first class service! Thank you!

I sent my one month old Samsung S23 Ultra 5 g phone in for a new screen. They have a repair center 100 miles from me. BUT the idiots ship it clear across the country to FREAKING FLORIDA FROM OKLAHOMA!I have been trying for three days to find out what Is going on with my phone repair and cannot get anyone to tell me anything. All I can see in tracking is that they received it. The non English speaking fool that took my claim said it would be returned the same week but now I am looking at two weeks turnaround. I adamantly explained to the non English speaking fool I DID NOT WANT A REFURB POS PHONE SENT BACK TO ME! The fool also guaranteed me it would have a genuine Samsung screen installed. If I find out it is a POS aftermarket screen or they sent me a used phone back I will be suing. I recorded my serial number and IMEI numbers. I will update later after this nightmare is over. I will be dropping the insurance BTW these people are totally incompetent!

Everything went smooth from the beginning they took care of my phone changed battery in about an hour, called my spouse that the phone is ready and we picked it up :)

Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
