I don't know how this company has such high reviews. I purchased a black box camera and the motion detection didn't work. I returned the camera per customer service instructions 2 days later and it was received by them 4 days later. Since then I have repeatedly emailed them, called and tried to chat for the last 3 months regarding my refund and get no response. Nobody answers the phone, there is no one available to chat no matter the time of day and customer service don't answer my emails. I even sent a message through PayPal and got no response. So now not only did I pay $165 for a camera that didn't work, spy gear has the broken camera back to sell to someone else and steal their money as well.
