My IPhone screen got cracked in front of one of the 2 Facial ID cameras which I use a lot and love! Keshia guaranteed she could replace the screen for $149. Period! When I picked up my phone, the bill was $199! And the Facial ID didn't work. She said "take it home and do the apple updates." I did that. It still barely worked and was not at all reliable. I took it back last Monday morning. She was out of town. A man there blamed me by saying I didn't buy their best screen and they don't guarantee their screens will work will all apps! I complained that Keshia never said any of that! In fact she dissed another company that I'd talked to and told me she'd been doing this for 20 years and knew all about it!
So pissed off and the man offered me NOTHING! No recourse. I told him I was never offered a better grade of screen, Keshia knew exactly what I needed it for, never mentioned it may not work nor suggested I take it to the Apple Store for repair. (Apple let me trade it in but afterwards said if they'd known it was replaced by someone other than Apple they wouldn't have.
BTW: it passed all Apple tests. So it was the lousy non Apple screen that the IPhone could tell wasn't theirs so Facial ID was all wonky!
PS. I didn't want a new Iphone 15!
I just wanted the Facial Recognition to work! Everything else was fine!
It was great he gave me a new and better phone then the one I had to because they didn't make my phone any more and I think he made a grade choice
The worker that helped me was very friendly & positive an showed me features about dealing with my phone...I appreciate him for being a great worker to the public
As soon as I wanted to start my claim, the person who helped me was very unprofessional and unpleasant, he treated you like you had to beg him to start the claim, telling me that I had to file a claim, how crazy, I'm sure I won't continue. I purchased a Cadet 54' tractor from Tractor Supply Co. The pully spring broke. Furthermore, I purchased a five-year extended warranty. When the spring broke, I was given a claim number and was told that someone would contact me and set up a day and time to pick up the tractor. No one ever called or emailed me. When I called to check on the status, the customer service rep put me on hold for about a half hour. Then when she came to the phone she kept repeating " hello, hello". I guess they forgot that the line had not completely hung-up when I heard laughter in the background by the same person. Be sure when you purchase a product from a company to check who their insurance is with.

I have buying a lot of 2 years protection plan for and sometimes my kids broke staff when is only 10 months old. I made claims and I get reimbursement for the cost. But if someone bought a protection plan for 2 years should be cover for 2 years. I know for fact sometimes the items we bought the can broken more than one time in 2 years period. The should replaced the item with the same thing. They send me money for one tablet because the screen got crack and I bought an other and a have to bought again the protection plan the one the should be cover with the 2 years protection plan. If you think have much money they do. If you got kids you will understand because I get protection plans for everything I bought for my kids. I think they should be responsible for the item for 2 years you are buying for.

My son lost his phone at work. Of course we didn't remember our passcode but we were able to get a temporary one sent to my husband's email. Everything was quite simple and quick. We got the new phone in 2 days and he's up and running again!
Robin William who was my tech was extremely amazing! He was informative and patient when assisting with the phone setup. He to the extra step in teaching me things about my S22 Ultra plus I never knew about. I would highly recommend him.
