My S22 Ultra needed to be repaired and I remembered I had insurance and the repair was only 29. I procrastinated because the ROSWELL Ga store has horrible service. I decided to take my device to the store in FAYETTEVILLE GA and I had the best experience. The tech said 2 hours but they surprised me it was ready in 35 -45 mins good as new.FAYETTEVILLE is probably 25-32 miles from me but for the service it's worth it I'll be back if I have to

If you're lucky when you call you'll get the Tennessee call center. So nice, friendly, kind and extremely knowledgeable. Made my claim so easy. After I received my phone I had issues with erasing my old phone. I called back and same incredible service. Five stars to the ladies who helped me.

Fraud!

Bought a mini split air conditioner on Amazon and purchased 24 month protection plan from Asurion. When I received the unit and had it installed, it did not work and was low on coolant. I filed a claim. They then decided that Asurion does not cover mini split air conditioners. They have offered a refund of the protection plan, but no refund for my $665 broken unit! How van they sell a protection plan and then decide they don't cover the item they sold the plan for?
Sounds like a scam to me!

We got there at 4:30p and they close at 7p
They told us that it would take 2 hours to fix our phone. Not only were they already busy but we were also cutting it close. They were so friendly and professional. They completed the phone and had us out of there before closing. I will definitely recommend them to anyone. Super nice guys

Fast and easy replacement of new iPhone

My daughter lost her phone over the weekend, I was made aware Sunday evening around 7 pm, started a claim shortly after online, she had her replacement phone after school the next day delivered and activated by a very professional tech. Whole process took under 20 hours. Amazed by how easy and painless the whole process was.

A Seamless Experience
