When phone got lost ( wife drove off with it on bumper) we searched the main road and also some of highway for it. Due to not being able to locate it through find my phone or seeing it anywhere, she started process of replacing it. When she was able to get a new phone to me the next day and have it delivered I was shocked. The technician was great and knowledgeable and friendly. It took all but 20/30 minutes from him getting here to phone being done.

I broke my iPhone on Sat morning; submitted the claim using my insurance that afternoon and my exact replacement Monday. In addition they provided all the materials and instructions to return the broken phone. Couldn't be any easier

On 9/18/23, I went to the ATT store in Fontana on Foothill and Citrus, explained what the issue with my phone, and inquired if it could be repaired. The associate looked over the phone and told me that I would have to contact Asurion, but he then took the phone and attempted to open it flat, which I heard a crack, and the screen then malfunctioned. After that, I was unable to use the phone. The only thing that was wrong with the phone was that it only opened halfway, and I could use it.
I called on Saturday, 9/22/23, and I spoke with a very rude customer service person. I tried to tell him what was happening with the previous phone that was delivered to me, but he kept talking over me and would not listen to what I had to say.

We had two big ticket items go out and they find loop holes to avoid paying claims. We don't know for sure what happened. I assumed a lightning strike but said don't really know. They denied claims due to an act of God. Don't make any assumptions. Just state they stopped working. Pay pay pay your insurance but let us figure out a way to deny your claim.

After hours of dealing with these people i have encountered countless absurd conversation points and not been helped at all. They are asking me how my day is going while taking about 45 mins to get my email address correct. They are trying to sell me more insurance while offering me a 5 year old phone for 100$, after their website says they will replace it with a newer one. I cant believe how annoying and weird this customer experience has been. They will not repeat even the email i just told them back to me for 'security' but cant seem to spell it correctly. They are high security but very very low skill.

Answer: Asurion insurance is who: Cricket Wireless, Verizon, & most remaining cell phone companies are with now! Just be careful b/c they are IMO SCAMMERS that will get you at one time or another!
Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
