I had written a review earlier today concerning the quality of their service and their replacement phone... both unacceptable. Anyway, the last rep I spoke to gave me a callback. The phone number comes through as "Arthur Fonzarelli" For those of you who may be too young, that was the full name of Henry Winkler's character, "The Fonz" from the sitcom Happy Days back in the 70's. Just another indication of the lack of professionalism exhibited by this company.
The deductibles for a refurbished phone are out of line because within a year and a half you will have to replace that refurbished unit. You will be better off upgrading to a new device periodically, it won't cost you as much over the long term and it will be a new device that has a warranty that will protect you as it should. Stay away from this company, dealing with them is an absolute nightmare. AT&T should realize this and not continue To allow them to serve its customers as it only has made me want to pull my service from At&t after 10 years of being with them.
I purchased a Hamilton beach, coffee maker, along with Asurion protection for four years. It stopped brewing coffee, so I called Asurion and the claim process was extremely easy. The customer service agent I had was friendly and efficient and I highly recommend a Asurion protection for your purchases.
Made a Claim on a Sunday. Promised a Replacement by Tuesday AM.
NOTHING... Wednesday, Supervisor said to go to a Verizon store and get a new phone.
Asurion was down for updating, when Verizon store called them. Had to buy a new phone.
When tried to get help, later, spent 55 minutes on the phone, and no help, and they cannot help me.
My issue unfortunately lasted about 2 to 3 months because of someone not sending me bar codes to take to UPS for it to be shipped. I then had to call back and request a supervisor and one never called so I then had to call back 2 weeks later and the guy then helped out and got what I needed to be able to ship my item and thankfully within a week my issue was resolved.
I selected the on-site service for the 1st time it was a great experience I will continue to select this option if I have any other problems the service man Wade was exceptional nice and professional and provided a great customer experience he arrived as his text said he would in 30 minutes and he advised what he was going to do and fixed my phone
My screen was cracked and in the oddest place on the curved side. Josh saw the issue, explained everything he needed to do thoroughly, told me when to be back, and like magic. My phone was fixed.

Was realy simple making a claim and just going up to the location u made the claim over the phone.Also make sure ur back is not broken cuss they will have to replace both sides if not u will get send back..
I can't explain how much I hate working with these god awful processes. The people are as nice as they can be, and I get that it's not the customer service reps I'm working with. It's the TERRIBLE processes they are making AT&T Customers go through. I have to go through this entire process with a drivers license picture and printed document - however I can't upload as they request and there is nobody that can help. Instead of providing an email address to mail it to like it used to be (still not ideal) the tech support rep had me on hold - while she was on hold talking to them about their problem. This is absurd and I hate it.
I was all set to get comfortable in my chair and go thru the agonizing hour plus of troubleshooting with no end in sight.
Surprisingly it was not like that at all. Monica was super helpful, super easy to work with and best of all fixed my problem! I wouldn't dread contacting someone if I knew it was going to be that easy!
I had just upgraded my phone yesterday evening, and unfortunately, I was no longer able to message certain people or in groups, I was also no longer able to send GIFs. I was so frustrated and tried several things to have it fixed. I was so thankful that I was told about *611 this team was able to get directly on and help me with my problem and now my cell is fixed! Very quick, very friendly, very professional! They made the situation so much less stressful than what I was anticipating it would end up being. Thank you so very much Yohana!
Had this insurance sine 2022 haven't done not one claim. Now that I need to do one it's a hassle no replacements available after I paid. I'm canceling Home Device Protection.

I had my smartwatch stolen and everyone was very helpful and understanding as well as comforting. I felt very at ease because I was extremely upset because I would be paying on something in someone else's possession. The agents were quick to assist me and put me on the correct path to getting a replacement. As a Disabled Iraqi War Veteran I am thankful for the great service I received from your agents.
My experience with asurion was great, I walked in gave the guy behind the counter the name on the account and thay was it. He told me how long it will take to fix my phone and that was all, the guy was very friendly.
Awful. You replaced my lost Galaxy S21 Ultra 5g with a reconditioned one. An it is a real POS. I know why the original owner turned it in to place of purchase. There are just too many things wrong with the phone. The touch screen has a mind of its own, the camera is like an old model, just awful pics, cloudy, fuzzy, lens cover is clean. Asurion duped me with a lesser phone that should have never been recertified. I Paid top dollar for the lost phone and paid my bill on time every time. I would recommend another insurance Company.

I called Verizon and they had no idea about the asourian schedule!
They transferred me to the representative for Ashourin, the representative on the phone is so careless, very incompetent, useless!
I am not sure if he is high or doing something while keeping the customers on hold!
Once every 10 minutes he comes back and say, "I'm still here".
Don't waste your time and money with this COMPANY!
Verizon MUST reevaluate their vendors!

I just waited to tell the looser representative that I'm leaving him review but he doesn't even take time to talk.
Putting in the claims on my sons devices today seemed super easy so kudos to that process. However I don't understand what the monthly multiple line coverage actually offers as a benefit if I'm paying $360 today for replacement devices. Seems like the deductibles on the phones that I'm replacing shouldn't be as expensive as the replacement device I just got for my youngest. Ouch!

Trying to get warranty coverage of an older Google Pixel 2XL phone with LCD screen failure, no damage. The only option offered - and only through their AI, since they have no humans accessible in what their message calls 'this critical time' is a replacement for $229. Apparently, their deductible numbers are fluid, and vary depending on the phone, age of the device and type of damage. Nothing of this is detailed in their agreement. A quick scan of online options reveals I can buy the same device, NEW for $199. For $50 per month, I expect premium service, not this crap. I will cancel immediately and insure my devices through AKKO or through the manufacturers. And try as I might, for a week now, I have no access to any human that works for Asurion.
Could not believe how amazing, fast and easy this service was to do a screen repair. They showed up to my house and repaired my phone in the car. Less then 10mins and my phone was fixed.

As always verizon has great customrt service. That is the ONly reason, though just about every other company in the entire country is cheaper, that I have stayed with the company for 15+ years. Not happy that I need to find a Starbucks for their wifi to set uo my new phone, though
Answer: Asurion insurance is who: Cricket Wireless, Verizon, & most remaining cell phone companies are with now! Just be careful b/c they are IMO SCAMMERS that will get you at one time or another!
Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
