Topher took amazing care of me and made sure my phone got fixed asap and walked me through the process so I understood exactly what needed to happen and was going to happen. He was very friendly and thorough. I really appreciated his help and great work fixing my phone.
I was watching a show on Netflix when all the sudden my tv randomly turned black. I could still hear the audio but couldn't see the picture. I tried troubleshooting it myself and it didn't work. I then panicked and hoped that I had insurance on my tv, which I ended up having thankfully. I came to the insurance website and filed a claim, it disappeared when I tried looking for my model number. I then hopped on a chat with Ricky and he managed to get my claim all figured out in about 5 minutes. He made it quick and painless, so much easier than ripping off a bandaid. He's a star and deserves a raise or promotion for how efficiently he worked.
I purchased my Keuring in Oct 2019, along with a 4 year protection plan. Coffee is very important in my household, so very pleased the claim was so easy to complete, will always purchase a Asurion plan on any future purchase. Thanks Maylene you awesome!
I've had a few things break and I've been so glad that I bought an Asurion Protection Plan for each. They have saved me a lot of money. The process to start a claim is so simple. I was online with them for less than 15 minutes and I was approved and asked to return the item and will then be reimbursed. I had someone named Rejoice(cool name) help me. She was so nice and she made the entire process really easy. I've never had a problem with this company. They always get the facts of the matter and tell you if you've been approved. I've always been approved. The problems I've had have always been covered by the original agreement. I couldn't be happier with this company.
Spoke to Ann. Very time consuming and useless paperwork needed for filing. IPhone companies don't require this. They send a malfunctioning phone as a replacememt and won't replace another one until we send back a broken phone. No point in sending them a broken phone.if they just send you garbage as a replacememt. Switching over to another company and device

I had a hard time getting my phone. First I was fold it had been delivered after 3 days of nothing showing up, then I was told an order was never placed, I had even paid the deductible, then the vehicle bringing my phone apparently broke down and then it was picked up for delivery to me but something came up showing my address wasn't eligible for next day delivery! Finally I changed it to be delivered by UPS and it came the next day. However, technical support was amazing. Best I've ever had. Very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. She saved the day for sure!

When my leaf blower failed and after doing a complete check of the machine it was determined it a goner.
I called Asurion to check on the extended warranty to see what was needed to file a claim. The claims agent that took my call proceeded to explain the process and within in a minute or two she had all the information needed to handle my claim. Within 5 minutes she had the claim processed and approved for submittal. She told me it would be processed immediately so I could get a new leaf blower ordered. Within 4 days I received the protection plan claim check and got a new leaf blower.
My call was handled with care by the agent and very professional with no hassle at all. Beyond my expectations. I made sure I had Asurion Protection Plan on my new leaf blower.
Absolute disgusting
Absolute disgusting. Left me in tears. Could not help me after purchasing insurance, just needed cracked screen fixed and kept being told they see no current activity on the phone. Which was the phone I WAS CALLING ON. Kept hanging up and pretending to get manager and hanging up on me. Called Verizon said they see the activity and should be no problem. But asurion didn't care what Verizon had to say and just kept hanging up on me

From start to finish was easy as it could possibly be. Any & all questions were answered immediately and thuroughly. It was a quick process and will be receiving a replacement phone with an upgrade on holding more storage. I couldn't be more pleased with how everything went.
Everything went perfectly, my tech was able to fix my phone fairly quickly. Att told me I needed to pay 275 and get a new phone... for a rear camera glass, I think not! Y'all need to be paying them techs better and get some damned a/c, it was almost 100 out today with the heat index and that man had to work in the heat with a fractured L4. Y'all should of gave that man paid time off on short term disability, extra vacay, and all of them a raise for working in those conditions! If he steps off a curb wrong in that state he could end up paralyzed! You can tell he is dedicated to his job, goes to show how little corporations care about the ones actually doing the work, compared to yalls corporate employees, shame!

It was hard to file a claim without customer service help though. The site kept reloading to the previous page when trying to get the verification code.
I'm just happy I don't have to pay for all those little protection plans from random insurance companies for each individual electronic device I buy, I buy a lot! The Hometech Protection is definitely worth keeping everything in one place, for one consistent price!
My daughter's phone was stolen and luckily we had Asurion. I submitted a claim and it took me less than five minutes and I received my daughter's replacement iPhone 15 Pro Max in 2 business days.
Nick at the Layton location helped us on so many levels from a poor functioning phone to updates on Apple Watches and and iPads! He was so helpful with ever question and got us set up with all the updates on our phones and questions answered with everything we needed help with!
Made a claim for a broken screen
Waited until the appointment, showed up the shop Said my claim didn't exist. Phones asurion they made me a new claim but said the part is out of stock. Proceeded to wait a week and a half for the part they call me, parts in stock just need to update credit card info online ok now I can't login so I phone, on the phone the lady tells me my claim doesn't exist and to file a new one. I file a new one... the part that was ordered for my phone is no longer in stock now I have to wait another 2 weeks probably for the same results. If I get the run around again when the part "gets in stock" I'm canceling immediately.

I filed a claim with AsurionHome and paid the deductible fee back in December. They tell me it can't be repaired, and have sent my file back to the vendor through whom I bought the plan. The vendor (Verizon) tells me it's not a phone, and not covered. I explained it is AsurionHOME, not phone. They tell me to call Asurion, which I did multiple times, and got placed on hold for over an hour twice, left my name and number twice, and went to their website to try that way 3 times, I want it either replaced, or the unrepairable ipad and my deposit returned to me. I have a claim number, but can't get anyone to respond. This company is a SCAM. I pay $25 monthly for the protection plan, so six months of paying, plus $60 deductible for the repair, I've already paid over $200 for a non-repair. WOW! Stupid ME!
Unfortunately I had a item near & dear to me break. I forgot I had coverage & when I remember I made the call & was helped step by step on the who, what etc. My item could not be fixed but as promised by Ausurion it would be replaced to equal value. And that promise according to their rules & stipulations were met in a time span that I was greatly appreciative.
I had a busted screen on my iPhone 12 Pro Max and I filed a claim with Asurion, they gave me the option of when and where I wanted my phone fixed. I picked a date and time for them to come to my house and then changed the the date for a sooner date. The guy sent me a text saying he was 20 minutes out. He arrived on time had me turn off find my phone and then said he'd have to knocked out in about 30 minutes. 30 mins later I had a brand new screen on my phone and he was off. You couldn't ask for better customer service! Great job guys!
I submitted my claim and had my new watch in 2 days! It was a great experience and I was very happy that it was handled so quickly.
Answer: Asurion insurance is who: Cricket Wireless, Verizon, & most remaining cell phone companies are with now! Just be careful b/c they are IMO SCAMMERS that will get you at one time or another!
Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
