I was just mentioning to the customer service chat person, marygold, how frustrating it was that you if you order a phone ahead of time, before you receive the claim refund, you end up with an Amazon gift card you don't need since you already bought the phone. Or you have to go a few days WITHOUT a phone if you wait for the refund before ordering a new phone... I was thrilled I was thrilled when she offered me another solution, that they could send me a check in 7 to 10 business days. Perfect. This also gives me flexibility to buy the replacement phone wherever I want. Though TBH, I'll probably still get it from Amazon LOL
Upon arrival I was assisted with the most helpful technician. I thought I was going to be there forever due to a claim placed on wrong phone. The tech that helped fixed the issue and resolved my phone problem with in minutes. She was professional, helpful in every aspect and nice, thumbs up to the tech on Blackstone & Herndon in Fresno Ca.
The person on the phone was cheerful, to the point, and was very helpful. And the person who came to my house and fixed my phone was professional, skilled, and right on time. The service was perfect and so much appreciated!

Paid 250 for a refurbished phone that stopped working a week after we got it. My sons phone was stolen. I wasn't aware the phone would be refurbished, ok whatever. But it doesn't work. What's the point?
After I used my flosser for about 7 months, it no longer worked. I had purchased a protection plan through asurion and contacted them about it. They refunded my purchase price and even covered my return shipping price. Great service!
I was recently enjoying a wonderful cruise vacation. On the return to port my phone was stolen from the ladies restroom. I realized I didn't have it about five minutes after my friend and I left the restroom. We hurried back to get it from a shelf in a stall, and it was already gone. We went to guest services to report it missing, but no one turned it in before we got back to port. I made several stops at guest services but nothing turned up. The only good thing was that I had insurance that replaced my loss. If you don't have your phone insured I highly recommend that you consider doing that.
This company is not insurance. It's a replacement program. Where most companies would insure your device and help you repair it, they will only replace it. If you want to keep your device or have your device repaired, that's an out-of-pocket cost only. Also - don't take it to their Asurion UBreakIFix store... that is also out-of-pocket. The only option you have is to replace your phone. If you want to fix it vs. getting some refurbished phone through the mail, check out a company like Upsie or others who are actual insurance.

The communication is terrible and they broke my sons tablet while fixing the screen and now refused to fix it or replace it. Constant bad communication with ubreakifix causing us to have issues for a month now.
I signed on to this plan about 3 years ago. I was sold on the porch that all stereo equipment, speakers and anything that is a smart device, meaning it connects through Wi-Fi was covered. I have a CATGENIE AI that broke down. It's a $600 Device that I just found out it's not covered. Not cool. If the sales people are selling and say anything that connects through Wi-Fi then that's what it should be. If you don't have it then you should add it to the list. ESPECIALLY if the pitch is "if it connects it's covered". Before you sign on ask for the list of covered devices!
I'm expecting for a callback to get this resolved as there was no assistance through the chat or phone call experience.

I pay $14.99 a month for this insurance. When I cracked the screen on my iPhone and it was deemed unrepairable. Asurion kept denying my claim to get a new one and refused to tell me why stating "the reason why the claim is denied is confidential" even though I was the one the claim was for and the name is under. I tried to fight with them for two weeks and calling every single day and no luck. Ended up paying out of pocket for a new phone even though I had paid for this insurance.
+. I called on a Thursday to have my Dryer looked at to see if it could be repaired. They gave me an appointment for Tuesday between 9am-1pm. No show. I called at 1PM. Supposedly the service man was 30-40 minutes behind. I called at 2:30 PM, lady never got back to me with an answer. I called again at 3:30 Pm. After being on hold for 10 minutes, I was told that the dispatch office in Dallas, said that they had no service tech available to work on this repair ticket and were booked up all week. Could give me a new appointment for next week... They are worthless. If they had no service techs available, all they had to do is call. Worthless, worthless. I waste an entire day, waited 5 days for the appointment and now I'm going to be another week finding another Service Company. There is no excuse for this kind of customer treatment. William Wilson
The replacement phone was suppose to be here Friday at 7-9pm and never showed no email or Conway made to let us know. Then was reorder Friday and was told it would arrive between 3-5pm, again to email or contact was made to let us know that wouldn't happen. Called to see where my phone was and they said it would arrive on Tuesday… so same day shipping turned into 5 days… when you pay $249 dollars for a replacement and it states it will be here on Friday and receive it until the next Tuesday at the earliest is not acceptable. And all they can say is sorry. This is not okay. They said well if your not happy you can go buy a replacement and we will reimburse you. L I have a iPhone 13 pro max. It cost around $1200 dollars. And the it could take 5-7 days for the reimbursement. You would think they would try to address the situation better and do right by there customer for the mess up/ wrong doings.
I needed to cancel a duplicate purchase of a protection plan and nobody from Amazon could help me I was told to reach out to asurion. When I did within about 5 mins of the chat Ricky helped me. The Amazon agent could have easily helped me the way Ricky did and they didn't I'm glad I was helped by him
I needed to have my printer fixed and with Verizon home solution they took my printer and had me send it through UPS to get it checked. It was questionable at most why was sent from Arizona to New York and it took 3 weeks to find out the printer could not be fixed. But the Verizon home solution staff was wonderful they answered my calls every time I Call them and kept me up-to-date. I finally got an answer and I got a very good reimbursement to buy a new printer because it couldn't be Fixed. I only wish I could have brought it somewhere in my home area Rather than wait 3 weeks for a decision. But I am satisfied and I finally got a new printer after 4 weeks of waiting. Thank you

Answer: Asurion insurance is who: Cricket Wireless, Verizon, & most remaining cell phone companies are with now! Just be careful b/c they are IMO SCAMMERS that will get you at one time or another!
Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
