The agent that entered the claim entered it incorrectly. I want to UBreakIFix (an Asurion company) as instructed. On the phone, it literally takes 30 - 50 minutes to get through the customer service wait. The only way to file a claim is to wait on the phone. There is no online option (goodbye 21st Century). I have not been able to get together another hour during working hours to sit on the phone and wait. I went twice to ubreakifix because they young kid thought he had it sorted out (NOT). This was Asurion insurance on a Back Market phone. Back Market does not back up there phone either. They keep sending me back to the insurance company.
The tech met me at Starbucks(he was on-time), 15 minutes later my screen was fixed and I was on my way.
You've guy done an awesome job! Turnaround time was less than a week. When it was delivered I said no way this could be my laptop back this quick. IT WAS and right on time to get my business done.

I was extremely pleased with how fast and easy the claim process took. As well as how fast I received my new phone after it was run over by a fire engine. Asurion insurance is amazing and I would highly recommend getting it.
Best technical support EVER! As I tried setting up my "new" iPhone SE from my old iPhone 6S, it seemed to be caught in a limbo of data transfer. Arlington was fantastic! Starting from an unknown point in the setup process, Arlington figured out how to get the new phone setup and data transferred. Very happy with the service, I called (which was a little annoying but OK) they immediately sent me a UPS next day air label. Shipped it out and got it back repaired (new screen) the next day. Exceptional service I would recommend them.
Fast. Easy. Simple. Give the guy a raise, don't worry about the temp screen protector. If a manager is reading this this guy is good explained everything and made it super simple. Fast explanation and what to expect. Easy to drop and schedule my claim he even explained that the screen protector was temp which is funny cause I know somebody probably had to think that was permanent.
Outstanding tech support, especially online is hard to come by these days but Asurion employees excellent tech's such as Norman who I have the pleasure of working with today. He took the time to solve all the issues I was having and I couldn't be happier!

Great experience with Brad today! I was having trouble with the cellular service part of my iphone14 setup. Brad walked me through it, resolved my issue, and then stayed online to help my husband resolve his issue too. So easy! Very pleased with this support. And impressed that I could even reboot my phone and then pick back up with the same support person!
I've had to file a claim on several devices throughout the years. Asurion has always had a replacement device in my hands the next business day. I appreciate how prompt they are in filing my claim! Don't go without this plan as it has saved me 1000s in replacement devices!

I no longer have access to the email address I originally purchased the item with. When my claim was processed it went to the old email address. I contacted the email provider and after 4.5 hours on the phone and being transferred to 7 people - I hung up. I expected the same issue with Asurion. I initiated a chat session, Wilson hopped on and within 4 minutes, my issue was resolved. This is how customer Service should be.

The earphone Jack on my pocket GT broke and because I filled up the claim wrong I was denied. But soon after I chatted with a rep. And he so very easily resolved my claim and now I'm happy man thank you

I had trouble activating my service when I transferred my account from T-Mobile to Verizon. Contacted Verizon customer support through the online chat and the tech helped me resolve the problem quickly. Great customer service!
It was AWESOME! My Notebook PC quit charging and I hopped over to start a claim. I could not locate my model number or serial number so I opened a chat. Within seconds I was chatting with a a wonderful lady named Abigail. She had all the information I was looking for. She asked what was wrong and I told her. She verified the information that was with my purchase and had me set up for a service repair. Any questions I had about the process we answered promptly and concisely. 100% recommend.
Told the rep on the phone that I didn't want the monthly plan. She tried talking me out of it every way she could. I asked them to cancel. I didnt have a hob and couldnt afford it. Well guess what... I got my credit card statement and I was billed for their services.
I was having issues completing my claim on line so I decided to try the "chat" option. The representative, Juvelyn, took care of everything accurately and quickly so since my claim is completed all I have to do is wait for service center to call and set up an appointment. Great job.
You be crazy not to have Asurion not take care of you! You have some many electronics in your homes and it's not if it's when something happens to them they will get it fixed or replaced!
Answer: Asurion insurance is who: Cricket Wireless, Verizon, & most remaining cell phone companies are with now! Just be careful b/c they are IMO SCAMMERS that will get you at one time or another!
Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
