You be crazy not to have Asurion not take care of you! You have some many electronics in your homes and it's not if it's when something happens to them they will get it fixed or replaced!
I had a cordless vacuum not holding charge and am so grateful for my Asurion protection that will provide for replacement. Well worth the $15.99 paid. The process was quick and easy! This is my 3rd time using my Asurion Coverage on a product purchased through Amazon and I will always purchase coverage when making a purchase of electronics.

Working with Ali was easy, no-pressure, and enjoyable. He was efficient and careful with my repair and made it look, feel, and act brand new. Will only come back here only for him! The best repair experience I've ever had.
First of all the site is very difficult to navigate, secondly after hours of obtaining additional verification code after code, the claim was completed and then my phone on back order. It's been four (4) days with no follow up from Assurion. They are not keeping their end of the bargain. They are well paid to insure a cheap phone, and it's on back order SMS

I had a cracked iPhone screen. I filled out the at&t insurance claim, booked the repair appointment. The technician came between the arraigned appointment time. The job took 20 minutes and my phone is good as new.
Very quick to make a claim to easy to fill out the form on line very please and happy except for the amount of the deductible was pretty high $250.00 other than that I am happy waiting on my replacement.
Such an easy experience. They were professional from the phone call to schedule appointment to the service techs visit to fix our issue. Company had great communication and the tech, Bobby, was very professional, personable and knowledgeable.
The worst customer service ever. I spoke with 5 representatives and was on the phone > 5 hours trying to a get assistance with my phone. I had basically given up but decided to try one more time and was connected to Tina in Louisiana. Tina definitely knows her job. She completed the replacement process and did not transfer me to another department. She was committed to resolving the issue and she did. Ask for Tina if you want to get your issue resolved. Thanks Tina your actions showed you value the customers.

Asurion Was extremely professional I dropped my phone off. Came back 45 minutes later it was repaired and waiting for me.
Had a TV that was covered by Asurion protection plan that died. I went online and chatted with Hoover. Within 5 minutes, I had a service appointment that met my schedule. Excellent and timely service. Very courteous. Keep it up!
Be careful purchasing insurance from these people. They make it almost impossible for you to use it. This is a shady scam. The customer service representatives appear nice but they use it to take advantage of you.
The company owed me a refund. That was 6 months ago. They indicated that no replacement phone was available additional costs applied to get another phone. I chose to take the replacement cost of about 200.00 that money never arrived.
I was very happy with the whole experience from beginning to end. The remote technician, Vincent, was prompt and very professional. My phone is just like brand new again. I would recommend Asurion to friends and family.

Ordered replacement phone, sent ours back a week ago. Received letter I have 5 days to return old phone or will be charged $75. I don't have new device yet, and Assurion claims they don't have my device sent from a week ago. Paying for insurance for no coverage.

Answer: Asurion insurance is who: Cricket Wireless, Verizon, & most remaining cell phone companies are with now! Just be careful b/c they are IMO SCAMMERS that will get you at one time or another!
Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
