Not being able to access your phone is super stressful and the whole claim process was super easy, thankfully, and I'm very happy with the whole experience. I'm so grateful Jose was able to fix my screen and I could keep my phone.
The email stated that it would take an hour to repair my phone. Once I arrived, I was told 2-3 hours once I checked in. After waiting I was told that it would take longer due to having updated my phone to the beta version. What I thought would be an easy fixed turned out to be an extremely long process that I did not plan ahead for so if you decide to do the same. Anticipate waiting longer.
For years I have been running around trying to find consistently reliable tech service. I finally decided to do everything thru Verizon with Assurian. After my recent experiences I know I made the right choice. It is one stop shopping. They do everything. One phone call and they stay with you until it is fixed. Once they understand your needs they connect you to the proper department. You do not have to spend 10 minutes talking to a computer to reach a tech. It is truly a weight off of my back and I am grateful
I had to track down an Amazon E-gift card email that Asurion has sent to finish my claim, but lost the email. Went to their online Chat, and it was quickly taken cared of by having them send another email so I could use the e-card. GREAT experience and help!

I spent 4 hours talking with this company. I was trying to get a battery replacement (which the terms of my coverage says should be free). But because they don't have a battery "near me", they will only replace the phone and I have to pay the $100+ deductible! SCAM! Advertising and selling a product that they know won't cover what the customer believes it will. It's a "policy" and blah blah blah... it's a RIP OFF!
I pay for insurance. My phone cracked. I went to T-mobile store they told me go online to submit. Then asurion email told me to call spent 2hrs on phone after speaking to 4 different people. The last guy said phone would be sent. 6 days later no phone. I am now back on the phone with asurion and its already been an hour and no help yet!
The Agent, JC was superb, patient, detailed and quick! I appreciate that type of service if it's via chat!
My experience was very pleasant. The customer service agent made my ordeal positive by having the knowledge for processing my request expeditiously. I received the replacement phone the next day as promised and within the following week, the damaged phone was dropped off at a UPS location for the return.
Their system is way too automated. Hard to get to a real person. Took numerous calls to get to a real person. Even the ATT agent had difficulty getting through to them. The Asurion chat agent spoke broken English so it was difficult to communicate. An overall frustrating experience. But in the end I did get a replacement phone 3 days after reporting it stolen. Set up through Asurion was the same slow difficult process.

I broke my iPhone on Sat morning; submitted the claim using my insurance that afternoon and my exact replacement Monday. In addition they provided all the materials and instructions to return the broken phone. Couldn't be any easier
I can't believe how easy it was to get my broken product replaced! I antcipated a lot of frustrating red tape but my defective product is being replaced for the full price with a 10 minute online chat!
My son called me in a panic because he cracked his screen while on vacation. He actually got used to looking at his phone through a cracked lens over the last week off vacation. I went through myATT app, set up the appt Saturday night online, had an appt on Sunday at 1pm. By 1:30 pm my son felt like he had a brand new phone, zero hassle. Thanks Asurion, job well done.

Awful company! I wish I didn't have to deal with these people. Unfortunately I have no other option. Verizon uses them so I don't recommend Verizon. Twice today they missed their appointment with no way to reach the technician. I am really disappointed in the way business is done here.
I have a project I have sent them twice for repairs. Both times it was sent back without repairs. Now they want me to send a third time. This is bad service provided by Asurion. This project is used by my church. We have gone over two month without a project due to Asurion's lack of service provided. I wouldn't recommend anyone to purchase Asurion warranty for your product. It was money wasted on my part hoping they would actually hold up their end. Asurion, horrible company.

Bought my refrigerator in January 2021. My ice machine was not working and I remembered buying the extended warranty. I had to search for my receipt and found it! Luckily I was able to go online to register my refrigerator. Made a few more calls, a technician was able to come in a few days and repaired my ice machine! I am happy and satisfied that it took just a few minutes to replace the parts and no charge! So please register your major purchases, save your receipts cause it'll save you lots of money and headaches in the future! Thank you!
My husband and I got new phones and couldn't get them to register. I called the tech number and Jack was amazing! He not only helped me with my phone but also made time to help me get my husband's phone working. Simply amazing seeings how my husband is disabled and we need them in case of a medical emergency. Jack was great and didn't make me feel stupid, but instead made me feel great.
Answer: Asurion insurance is who: Cricket Wireless, Verizon, & most remaining cell phone companies are with now! Just be careful b/c they are IMO SCAMMERS that will get you at one time or another!
Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
