The process it took to file the claim and get my device fixed was very simple and fast! I give it a 10/10 and would recommend it to anyone. They are way easier and faster than any other carrier providers.
From the moment I contacted asurion about my issue, they were with me all the way keeping me updated and they even came to my job to fix my screen, who does that without charging you a arm and a leg. I highly recommend Asurion and I look forward to working with them in the future if need be!
Jesus was my tech support coach and easily helped me get my new iPhone started! I'm pretty sure he also helped me figure out my AirPods issue a few months back as well; very easy to talk too and was extremely friendly!
I give them five stars which I don't do lightly and there have been times when I haven't gotten the help that I needed, and there have been times when they have tried to help but something on my end was obstructing it, usually my problems get resolved, but it can take a while depending on the communication. But I'll say this, they always come through in an emergency and when it's most important I get somebody with patience, understanding and communication skills, and when it comes down to it those are the times that I remember. I absolutely recommend them!
I have used Asurion for several years and protect most of my electronic products with them. I have had several claims and they have always been repaired or paid quickly, without any questions. These have ranged from $20 earbuds to laptop computers.
Asurion was extremely helpful resolving my phone issues which is why I am giving 5 stars. Verizon was extremely lacking, however, when it sent me my new high-end phone. Someone failed to install a SIM card in it, which I did not realize when I tried to activate it. This led to complications when I tried to activate my phone using Verizon's website.
The staff at you break it, we fix it was very competent. I would use there service again. Asurion was quick to ok my claim. They kept in touch via email to make sure my phone had been fixed to my satisfaction. Overall they fixed the crack in my screen but the main board inside of the phone had played out. I ended up having to exchange my phone. Great company!
I reached out after I discovered there was an error in the phone version when i received my confirmation email. I immediately reached out to the Chat team. My first attempt timed out, but the second time I was connected with Sarah. She was prompt, professional and courteous. She was able to fix the issue pretty quickly. I give her 5 stars! Hoping to connect with Sarah again if I need assistance in the future.
I am NOT good with technology and was dreading the headache that i knew would follow when my husband broke his iwatch at work! Figured it would honestly be easier to just buy him a new one or upgrade, but i was assured by ATT & friends that it was an easy, fool proof process with asurion. And it actually has been! Making the claim was easy, received updates from asurion every step of the way via email. Replacement watch here the next day. I dreaded the whole "erase old data and watch, add new watch" ordeal. Watched a lot of videos on it, asked a lot of friends. Finally broke down and used the ATT/asurion support chat... SO GLAD I DID! My tech, jonathon, answered everything thoroughly and stayed with me every step of the way! I NEVER imagined the switch being as easy as it has been... but i can ASSURE you that i would still be searching videos and articles if i had not utilized the chat resource! Customer service reps were nice but the level of service and their ability to help was very limited by $#*!ty upper management rules and policies. This company is awful, even supervisors in the resolution center couldn't help me. The refurbished phones they send you are awful I had two separate issues on two SEPERATE phones within days. Go elsewhere, this company is awful.
I had a broken phone and needed a replacement or repair right away, in seconds the sales team member found place, he placed the insurance claim and I was on my way to get my phone back in working condition.
I bought a quartz sink on Amazon today, and was offered a warranty by these people. It said the warranty would cover accidental breakage, so I bought it. But when I looked into the details, I discovered that accidental breakage applies only to electronics like smartphones. The accidental breakage warranty does not include appliances.
It was dishonest of Asurion to specifically tell me breakage was included with my warranty, when it wasn't. For this reason, I will never do business with these people. Obviously they cannot be trusted.

My son lost his phone. I filed a claim online. It was so fast and easy. Within minutes I was done and now he will have a new phone for a very reasonable price. Best decision I made was to get this insurance.

Sent an item for repair and Asurion, without checking in with me, declared the item unrepairable. I have contacted the manufacturer and they are saying to just send it for repair. This one of my kids favorite toy and they just don't care.
I'm in tears as I write this. Asurion took all my money out of my account on New Year's Day and left me in the negative. When I called, NO ANSWER. I received a message saying they are enjoying the holiday today which is New Year's. While they are at home enjoying their family dinners, I have nothing to give my kids today for a New Year Dinner. I went through the proper procedures of filing a claim properly and returning the old device back to them after paying the $199 deductible and was still charged. I have to ask family for food today to feed my kids for the New Year because this scamming unethical company took all my money out my bank AND without warning. If something was wrong, at least they could have sent an email or call me but they didn't and took my money y'all on a holiday. I am beyond hurt and broken. God help us all.
The agent that entered the claim entered it incorrectly. I want to UBreakIFix (an Asurion company) as instructed. On the phone, it literally takes 30 - 50 minutes to get through the customer service wait. The only way to file a claim is to wait on the phone. There is no online option (goodbye 21st Century). I have not been able to get together another hour during working hours to sit on the phone and wait. I went twice to ubreakifix because they young kid thought he had it sorted out (NOT). This was Asurion insurance on a Back Market phone. Back Market does not back up there phone either. They keep sending me back to the insurance company.

Answer: Asurion insurance is who: Cricket Wireless, Verizon, & most remaining cell phone companies are with now! Just be careful b/c they are IMO SCAMMERS that will get you at one time or another!
Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
