Yesterday I noticed a deep scratch on my phone. So I went to the Asurion website and started a claim. The next day, I brought in my Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra phone to the Asurion repair shop, and within an hour, I got my phone back and it was like brand new. They replaced the frame, glass and battery since they came in a package from Samsung. Both Kenny and Evan were excellent and provided me with great service.
I had a virus or something that was put in browser that kept telling me my phone was going to shut down, etc. It would not stop. My service rep made it so easy to correct my issue. She also suggested doing it every 2 to 3 weeks. I'm putting it on my calendar. I'm going copy & paste the instruction on my calendar so it will so easy to follow the instructions each time. I'll just so happy.
Its more then just insurance. It is peace of mind that you will have someone to walk you through every step of the way when it comes to fixing a damaged or broken device. It is the comfort of knowing that every rep you talk to will take their time, be patient and explain every step of the process. AND! If there is any issues on your part of theirs, they will make sure to help make it right every time! This is above and beyond your normal replacement plans. I purchased a device a couple of years ago and took out the Asurion 3 year protection plan. The device recently started acting up so I filed a claim with Asurion. Within a matter of minutes the claim was resolved. No hassle or lengthy waits. I will continue to use Asurion whenever a protection plan is needed.
Needed battery replacement for my phone so I submitted a request for service. I received a choice of open dates and selected date that worked for me. Repairman called to advise arrival time, and he had my phone checked and battery installed within a half hour.
This may be the easiest claim I have ever filed! Was putting off filing, even went and bought a new phone. At the store the representative told me to file a claim. This is what you pay insurance for. And guess what! It took 2 minutes to file and new phone received within 2 days. Kudos to this team.
I contacted Asurion due to one of the stone in my ring fell out. I was so pleased with the care and professionalism the operator took to make sure that my claim process was stress free.

If you try to get them on the phone it is brain damage. When you then ask for a supervisor they cannot seem to find one and I was on the phone for 38 minutes. This is a scam. They said they shipped a new phone with UPS. I have the tracking number. Ups said they were here 3 times. My ring camera says that they (ups) were never here. By the way UPS delivered a different item that same day. I even went down the warehouse and tried to pick up my phone and ups says that they did not send it out today AND now they cannot find it. Imagine if you were out of a phone for 4 days... would you be happy? Would you at least expect to send a different phone? OR even get a supervisor on the phone after you have spent 2 days battling with ups? I think not. I even left a message for the CEO and I am certain that I will not get a reply. I will even retract this if he has the temerity to call me back. I guess they won't find him either. DO not waste you money on something like this.
The Asurion claims process is one of the most frustrating experiences I have ever been through. Purchase insurance for a computer. File a claim and they require proof of purchase. Submit proof of purchase only to have claim denied because they claim you have not submitted proof of purchase even when you can see the receipt image clearly on their website. So I can clearly see the submitted receipt as proof of purchase on their website, but they cannot and denied my claim? Seriously Asurion... you suck!
This has to be my first time EVER making a feedback comment lol. So the lady Malika that I had helping me went beyond what normal Customer Service does, she really tried to get my phone activated even when I wanted to quit. We tried all kinds of methods, but policy is policy. She helped make sure all info ready for the store tomorrow so I'm cool. Great Customer Service!

I have been using Asurion Home Plus for almost one year. It has been very valuable. After submitting a few claims, I have been able to get my devices repaired or replaced (when they couldn't fix it). Having this peace of mind has been extremely helpful.
I didn't give them 5 stars because it is a bit difficult to submit a claim. There is a lot of back and forth. Sometimes you have to fill out forms that are not electronic forms and submit them. That is very taxing. And sometimes its hard to fit your problem into the pre-defined boxes. However, once you get past that, it is a very valuable plan. They have fixed 1 laptop, replaced 1 laptop, and fixed a Nintendo Switch. It has been great! They have saved me valuable money, which I say is worth the hassle for submitting the claim.
It is my second experience with them, and I have never had problems, on the contrary, they have always known how to solve returns.
In my case, I am a musician and I have spent my whole life on musical products, but until recently I found out about Asurion and it is the best place where you can invest, and know that your product is backed.
I will be canceling my ATT Asurion device insurance. I just had to file a claim. Haven't had one in nearly 5 years. It was fast and efficient last time. Only took an hour to get my device shipped. Now they want you to wait 24 hours for them to review everything. This is BULL$#*!. They obviously don't value customers time or money. I will be canceling my Att device insurance, the insurance I have on the 120 devices on my coorprate carrier accounts, and the coverages I have with Amazon as well. Will never do business with this company in ANY ASPECT ever again. Get bent.

I'm always completely in a daze when our electronics end up damaged for some reason or another. Asurion is amazing with their responses and making the replacement come as quick as possible! I'm always very pleased with their efforts to making the costumers happy! Thank you!
No empathy from the CEO office. The customer service woman I spoke with was quite patient and friendly, actually dealing with way more misdirected anger than she should have. She even said she would have her daughter at Clemson promote my product. A saint that beautiful woman is, and to her I apologize.
However, the company as a whole is unethical. I was guaranteed a replacement phone by the following morning, and it never arrived. I waited 8 hours, and I was locked out of everything because of 2-factor authentication. The "office of the CEO" said that their terms say up to 2 days - even though they use FedEx Priority Overnight, their site says next day, and their phone reps say next day. They get a refund if FedEx doesn't deliver the next day, but they do not pass it on to the customer. Nor do they refund the thousands upon thousands you pay if you never file a claim of course. The "office of the ceo" doesn't care one bit about you.

Asurion is helping me with my warranty for my drone. They have been very helpful in keeping me updated and making sure I'm happy with their service. Their chat rep, Juvelyn, has the patience of an angel. I don't know if my drone will get fixed yet but dealing with Asurion has been a pleasure.
This was so fast and easy. The joysticks weren't working properly. I got on the website, put in a claim, received instructions, went to UPS and off it went. I received updates every day or 2. 1. 5 weeks later, I received a brand new controller. I will definitely be using it again excellent service
Answer: Asurion insurance is who: Cricket Wireless, Verizon, & most remaining cell phone companies are with now! Just be careful b/c they are IMO SCAMMERS that will get you at one time or another!
Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
