I'm an AT&T customer with device protection. I had filed a claim online and within minutes they had received my order. I arrived about 20 mins after and dropped off my phone at UBreakiFix. It took a little less than two hours to fix my screen and also my speaker was fixed after the glass was replaced. The employee at the location was nice and made drop off and pick up quick and easy.
After going to my local ATT store in Marietta, Ohio (which was no help), I called ATT support. I eventually was connected to a tech who was amazing. He did his best to solve the problem, and when he couldn't, he sent me the link to get it replaced. I answered a few questions and my claim was approved. This was around 4:30 on Friday evening. I had my new phone by 11:00 Saturday morning. Amazing.
Speaking with a live rep was very comforting. She understood my situation and handled my situation quickly and with no judgement. Same with online chat. I was to the point and very informative. I feel good knowing that Asurion team is there for me in my time of need.
I thought transferring to a new phone was going to be easy. Did I ever guess wrong! If I had not had someone as sharp as Ms, Rae to walk me through this I would have had an all day experience trying to get this thing to work. And then it would have failed anyway. She was great!
The biggest rip off sold by Verizon. Deductibles, "out of stock". I cancelled my claim, bit the bullet and went out and bought a new phone.
I am cancelling Asurion on all my phones. Verizon, you can do better!
My tech, Aaron, was very professional and courteous. He called to introduce himself, sent a picture of himself so that I would know who was coming to my home, and made sure that all my questions were answered before he left.

I just set up a new Verizon Samsung phone for my husband with help from Michelle in the chat. The old phone was really old and it was difficult to find a way to back it up and transfer the data. Michelle gave good advice and support through the whole process. I'm so relieved to have that done!
My photo app stopped backing up content, and I was afraid of deleting it and adding it back for fear of losing pictures. Brian assured me I could do this and everything already backed up would be saved. He was right!
I had first filled a claim for my screen. The technician said that my problem was most likely my screen, but tgat didn't fix it. So I called asurion and told the lady what was going on and she just replaced my phone. Had my phone at my door the next day.

Super fast and easy to file a claim. Received the phone next day. There was an issue with the SIM card so I used Chat for assistance. Jessica was amazing and was able to resolve my issue in a timely manner.
My cell phone battery expanded and separated the two case halves. I worried that the battery would explode. I am aware that Li Ion batteries can ignite and start a fire. I should have used the battery saver software when the phone was new. I now use it all the time.

Needed help in filing a claim for my broken sunglasses. The Asurion representative was extremely knowledgeable and professional answering all my questions quickly. I was able to submit my claim In a very short amount of time from start to finish.
I've tried for 4 days to submit my claim, make the payment, and receive a new phone. I've talked to 5 different agents and made 4 separate calls to figure out what the issue is in getting a new phone in my hands. The first call, I was able to get everything through, but upon delivery day, UPS claimed they attempted delivery and had the phone returned to sender that same day! I had no notification that ANY attempt was made, I was home all day. Ever since then, I've been calling to get a phone shipped, but the payment "isn't going through." I called my bank and they said they see the charge attempts and EVERY time Asurion has returned the payment. When I confronted them with this, they had no idea, and even mistakenly transferred me to the MetroPCS department. What a joke!
Our experience was excellent from beginning to end. They picked up our tv and it was repaired quickly. They are very knowledgeable and have great friendly communication. When they returned the tv they even set it back up for us. Would definitely recommend this company to my friends and family! Thank you for the speedy service you provided.
I bought the Assurion protection plan. I am glad i did because we had a problem with the remote car we purchased. I was expecting them to say it wasnt covered under that warranty,,, but it indeed was. My son will be thrilled to hear this as he only used his remote car a handful of times. It was a Christmas gift for him and its all he got because of the price tag.
My internet browser was repeatedly opening on its own, was on the phone with Isaiah the tech coach for a very short amount of time and my issue was resolved. He was very professional, polite and thorough making sure that my issues had been taken care of. Great job.
I purchased a product that failed after about 6 months. Fortunately, I had covered my purchase with an Asurion protection policy. I'm a confessed skeptic so when I contacted Asurion regarding my policy, I expected excuses and 101 reasons that they could not honor my claim. I was so impressed that my claim was processed in minutes and I received my full purchase price as compensation for my loss. I will buy another policy to cover my replacement product.
I've been dealing with this company for over a month and I still don't have any replacement. I have my recordings where they keep telling me you have to wait 24 to 48 hours, and they kept saying that over and over. So staples can choose a better company for customers to have insurance on items we purchase.
We purchased a replacement from them about a month ago and now the screen is coming apart from the phone it has not been dropped or anything to cause damage to the phone. When I called they were not willing to help in any way besides to have us file a new claim and get another replacement phone from them.
Answer: Asurion insurance is who: Cricket Wireless, Verizon, & most remaining cell phone companies are with now! Just be careful b/c they are IMO SCAMMERS that will get you at one time or another!
Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
