I got a call from my local repair person very soon after calling the company with my issue. I was able to set up and appointment that worked for me, and them, very easily and they were punctual. They repaired my item quickly and even responded to questions I had after they had left. Great service!
When you are in store you buy a cell phone; you are given pages of information that you are to read... The sales staff do not tell you the T&C of the insurance. Save your money. It is NOT worth it. My claim was denied and I am not disputing the T&C. I am disputing the fact you simply do not read all this stuff. Save your self the hassle and put the money you would have spent in a piggy bank at home just in case your product breaks/lost.
Sprint/T-mobile will NOT honor your extended warranty in person. They send you to Asurion... 90 mins on the phone with 5 people on various continents. 5 conflicting messages: just go repair your phone locally. No, don't. No, you can't. Send it to us, but we charge $275 since we have no repair site near you, etc. On and on. Finally I get a loaner phone but the phone they sent isn't connected to sprint network. I call for tech support and am immediately transferred to... Apple? They have nothing to do with it, so I call back... it's impenetrable and I fully expect to have to pay a huge deductible on top of wasted money. Horrible, awful company.
What's worse than possessing a broken phone and having the folks who are to replace that phone require that you call them? Apart from the CSRs being pleasant and cordial, there has never been any part of my dealings with Asurion when I thought, "Hey, that actually went pretty well for what it was." But for the people on the phones, I would like to have given Asurion zero stars.
They canceled four times on me, once without even the curtesy of telling me, none told me the day before, always during the time they were supposed to be here.
So as of now, I've lost four half days of work costing me twice as much as the phone was in the first place.
Now the appointment is set for tomorrow. I can't believe the way this company runs things.
I waited two hours for a phone repair and no one ever came. Just getting on the phone with a customer service rep is next to impossible. Once on the phone I sat on hold for 45 minutes with no resolution. I am so embarrassed for Verizon being associated with this company. STAY AWAY from Asurion.
I've given out my phone number, carrier, and my name. I was worried about someone being able to hack my account. Edward eased my mind that the security prompts that I have installed will stop that from happening.
My husband and I both have businesses and our phones are very important to us, my husbands phone broke and it took me about 3 minutes to put the claim in and the replacement phone was at our door the next day. It did not even take 24 hrs. I am so impressed with Asurion and gratetful to have had this service.

So I am going thru a really difficult time and situation right now and Asurion has stepped up to the plate big time to help me get my devices replaced (phone and watch) I couldn't ask for better service from my tech coach. She went above and beyond for me and it is simply great customer service. Verizon and Asurion together make my dream team when it comes to gadgets and communication!
I was in a state of panic when I got to the store. Thinking that this would take forever and i would be without my phone for a long time. However it was repaired in no time. The technician explained that my phone is repairable, told me exactly what the problem is.
Less than b 24 hours I had my phone. Perfect
I always purchase the insurance but never use it, my sons $350 bat chipped in several places (and he takes very good care of it). Processing the insurance was simple (so far) and the customer service was excellent!
Bought a re pressure pump for my home in May of 2022. I also bought a 3 year warranty. Pump quit working in Feb of 2024. Contacted the company on Feb 29,2024 and was approved for a full refund.
Will buy another warranty for my replacement pump.
Update: Received my refund 2-29-2024 a 1/2 hour after making claim in form of e-card. Bought a replacement and the new pump will arrive 3-4-24. Bought another warranty for 4 years on this pump.
I had a friendly and quick visit to this location. Angel was able to fix my phone within an hours timeframe and was very informative in answering my questions/concerns. I could not have had a more pleasant experience.
I had to wait over a month for my replacement. Each time I tried to communicate with customer service, I had an unreasonable wait time. I am currently waiting for a representative and have been on hold for 40 minutes.

What's the point of paying for insurance? They are so concerned about the find my iPhone off when phone is damaged and destroyed yet when you even get Verizon on the phone to confirm they don't believe you.
Terrible company - they make simple claims out to be a complicated mess to discourage you from filing. Their website is a circus and a total waste of time. DON'T waste your money or time on this thieving company.

Your Tech Jason was friendly, professional and efficient. He explained everything clearly. He had a long previous appointment. My appointment was 1 to 5 PM. He called and came just after 6 PM. I really appreciated that he took that trouble to come so late to avoid rescheduling me.
Answer: Asurion insurance is who: Cricket Wireless, Verizon, & most remaining cell phone companies are with now! Just be careful b/c they are IMO SCAMMERS that will get you at one time or another!
Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
