Wanted to transfer data from my old Motorola phone to a new one. Not tech savy and needed help. Was pleased with the professional help supplied and the friendly technician did a great job in a short amount of time.

They said they would send a check for reimbursement on my replacement phone, but they sent a gift card. Ask for the check because I could not be without a phone so obviously I paid for the phone and now have a gift card when I need the money for rent. They have yet to resolve this
This company sent me a phone in the end of November/begging of December. It's the begging of February and the phone is no longer functioning. It's over heats all the time and now my screen is frozen. I lost so much of information on my phone and potentially about to loose more. My mom and have been on the phone for over an hour. We've talked to many people and most of them have been so nasty towards. After I just tried finding the information the women asked for, instead of her waiting for me she left the call leaving me and mother with no result. We paid$100 for the phone that no longer works after 2 months. Now I'm stuck on my college campus away from home with no working phone. I don't appreciate the way my mother and I have been treated and it won't be tolerated. All I know is I'm getting a new phone even if I have to go against them legally because we feel scammed.
Great response time, easy to file with the Chat! My order # didn't come up immediately, so I had to Chat. But I'm happy to say that the representative on chat was most helpful. He as able to resolve my issue immediately.

I went to the website and filled out the required information. Within a couple of days, my son's replacement phone arrived. We returned the damaged phone in the box with UPS sticker that was provided to us. My son and his dad then dropped off the return at UPS, and they were given a receipt. We also had the tracking information provided to us by Ascurion on a piece of paper that came with the phone. Overall, this process was smooth and stress-free. Thank-you very much!
Dropped phone at work. Called consumer cellular and they gave me the phone number to asurion. Called and got the web site info. Filed a claim in less then 2 minutes. Very, very happy with the quick response and very simple form. Thank you!
My issue was handled in a very polite and professional manner. After going round and round with the company that made the product experiencing frustration and empty promises dealing with Ricky was a pleasure. My husband always recommends purchasing insurance. Now I understand why.
Insured phone through Verizon. Phone failed and I tried to file claim. You cannot talk to a person, only recordings. The recordings continually claim your info is wrong and hang up on you. Website did the same. No way to speak with anyone "SCAM"
I ordered my phone over three days ago because I dropped my previous one in water. My phone got delayed for an additional three days and still have yet to receive my phone. Was $225 to replace and even made sure it would be over night shipping. Freaking ridiculous. Because it's been delayed, it won't be here in time without a phone because I have to send my previous one in. Trying to charge me $1,500!
Honestly the worst experience ever. I recommend not to get a plan with them. I pay insurance and they refuse to replace my IPhone 13. I've had to go back and forth to get a replacement and they keep declining it. I'll be on the phone with them for hours and suddenly get disconnected and they won't call back. I just got off the phone with a guy who told me if I keep going through the same process he doesn't know what to tell me that it's just going to keep happening it's honestly so frustrating. How is it that I'm paying for the service but they can't help me. Honestly so frustrating

My husband purchased an item through Amazon about a year ago and I noticed it sitting out in the living room for a while so I thought I could use it! Well, he left it there cause it wasn't working. Since he tends to leave stuff laying around the house, I firgured he must have been to exhausted (rolling my eyes as I say that) to throw it away. Like a good wife I took the 15 extra steps and threw it away only to find out two days later that he didn't throw it away cause it had a warranty. He just hadn't had a chance in the two weeks it was sitting there to file for it. He was very upset with me cause now he wasn't going to get his money back because I threw it away.
The next day I chatted with Asurion and they said that things do need returned but they may be able to make an exception under the circumstances. I received the Amazon gift card the same day! Great Customer Service!
As a business owner i would like to think that all businesses are doing their best to help their customers, but not Asurion. They sent a replacement device via FedEx which lost device. I called asurion which told me i needed to change the FedEx to return to sender then they would ship out another device for me to have tomorrow. I did as asked then called back w the confirmation from FedEx saying they changed to return to sender. Asurion car who was rude said we dint ever ask people to do that- kept me on hold another 20 mins then said i had to fill out an affidavit ( which wouldn't download) regardless/ I'd rather buy a new device than deal w them ever again
9/10 of the coaches I've encountered on this app have been something truly special in the strange world of tech support, and what a blessing. I prefer this app well over Verizon's native tech support in-app with My Verizon. These guys are something special.
Everything else went great from claiming the file to going into the store and employee was very polite and easy to talk to, but after picking up my son's phone we found out shortly after that the screen issue he was having with the phone was not resolved and we couldn't go back right away as we were headed out of town for Thanksgiving. Now we have to go through this again.

The woman who aided me in getting all of my information onto my new device was AMAZING. She helped me from start to finish with exact and easy to understand directions. She was not confusing at all and stayed on the line with me the whole time to ensure everything was set up correctly. Loved her!
Asurion $#*!ing sucks...nobody knows what they are doing...don't ever get any $#*!ing insurance threw them.about 10 days ago I returned my broken phone and I was supposed to get a refund in24 to 72 hours and haven't received $#*!...$#*! these people. They all need to learn how to do their job...Amazon doesn't know what they are doing either

Answer: Asurion insurance is who: Cricket Wireless, Verizon, & most remaining cell phone companies are with now! Just be careful b/c they are IMO SCAMMERS that will get you at one time or another!
Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
