This is now day 3 of trying to make a claim. This website kept glitching or telling me my info was wrong. I would call Verizon and they would say "no, all info is correct." I'd call asurion and be told no the info is incorrect go change it with Verizon and call us back, then we can fix it, so I did. Now I have to wait 48 hrs for the change to get to asurion. This will make it 5 days to do 1 claim for 1 phone. I'm beyond frustrated, this is anything but simple and easy. This is a nightmare.
The claim process and timeline is seamless. I love the next day shipping. There's no worry about how long you'll be without your device. I use my phone a lot for personal and work so I need my iPhone! I would recommend Asurion.

Had an issue with my phone called Samsung to do a warranty deal over 2 weeks ago still haven't heard anything from them so did it through Samsung care with these guys problem solved in 5 minutes no complaints here next time I know who to call first!

I expected a frustrating online or phone ordeal, but it was nothing like that! I think it took no more than five or ten minutes. My phone arrived in two days, with all of the mailing material to drop off at a UPS store. If you have a lot of devices or do not have the funds to easily replace a damaged device, the insurance is worth it!
I began the online process to set up my new iPhone and ran into a wall when the process didn't recognize my AT&T credentials. I was offloaded to an online technician named Christian. I was highly skeptical and prepped myself for a frustrating experience. Christian professionally guided me through the process by asking pertinent questions needed for the activation. He gave me a few short steps to take and before I knew it my new phone was fully activated, everything imported from iCloud backup and full synchronization with my iPad. Outstanding support
I have always had a great experience with Asurion. I started by having my cell phone protected now I have the home+ coverage and am going to enroll in the appliance protection. I do wish there was a package deal for all 3. However, I am still happy having the piece of mind that if anything happens I am covered! I feel more protected with Asurion than I do with my current car insurance. Question is when will Asurion offer car and home insurance?
My experience with Asurion was awesome. I put in my claim on a Tuesday and I had my phone by end of business Wednesday. The return label and box made it easy to return the old phone. Great experience. More than I expected
I purchased a surface cleaner and the insurance just to find out that they wouldn't repair or replace my equipment. This is a scam of a company. Be very careful of purchasing any insurance from these guy. They find any way to not hold up there end of the bargin, use extreme cation when dealing with these people.

I will be the first one to admit that in the past few years I was convinced that customer service had all but disappeared. Today I have learned that it is alive and well and is thriving at Asurion. Like everyone else, I live and breath by my cell phone so when it smacked the ground and the screen shattered my heart sank. Then I remembered that I had purchased the "protection plan" from Asurion with my Amazon purchase. Let me tell you, that was the best money I have ever spent! I have 17 of these plans and I will always buy one when I purchase an item that needs protection. The claim process is super easy because of the Customer Service provided by an amazing staff. This will be the only company I buy protection plans from. This is the company that will take care of you when you need it. I'm a fan for life!
I was able to get online quickly & begin the claim process for my printer. When I encountered a problem, I was quickly directed to the chat line. The person who communicated with me was incredibly helpful, asked me for additional info, verified the coverage & quickly provided the claim approval. Information regarding additional next steps & payment was made within minutes. Very impressed thus far with Asurion.

I took my I phone in after dropping it in water. They replaced the screen, which was not broken, but did restore my phone to full functions. About a week later, the screen developed a tiny hair line crack along the side. I feel the screen was installed improperly. When I took it back in I was told they could repair it again for another $289. That is quite a lot of money. I declined the repair.

I have buying a lot of 2 years protection plan for and sometimes my kids broke staff when is only 10 months old. I made claims and I get reimbursement for the cost. But if someone bought a protection plan for 2 years should be cover for 2 years. I know for fact sometimes the items we bought the can broken more than one time in 2 years period. The should replaced the item with the same thing. They send me money for one tablet because the screen got crack and I bought an other and a have to bought again the protection plan the one the should be cover with the 2 years protection plan. If you think have much money they do. If you got kids you will understand because I get protection plans for everything I bought for my kids. I think they should be responsible for the item for 2 years you are buying for.

Cracking my screen has always been a pain and real inconvenience. When I tell you this wasn't either, believe it! The guy showed up at my house on time! He got my phone went out in my driveway and done needed the repairs, while I went about my morning getting ready for work! As I was fixing my cup of coffee for the road, h knocked on my door with my 100% repaired phone in hand ready for me as I go put the door! I was so impressed I got there tech protection for my home as soon as I got to work!
I've had one claim in 4 years and they are reviewing my claim for 24hours before they approve it. Scam artist! They want to send me a new phone upgrade that's not truly an upgrade to save them money over fixing my phone.

I've been buying the insurance now for as many years as I've had this particular phone. I've almost felt like I was wasting my money because I was taking extra special care of the phone because it was so pricey, but accidents do sometimes happen this time it dead, and the insurance I kept buying paid off. I'm very very happy that I paid for and Kelsey insurance.
Answer: Asurion insurance is who: Cricket Wireless, Verizon, & most remaining cell phone companies are with now! Just be careful b/c they are IMO SCAMMERS that will get you at one time or another!
Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
