I was not receiving picture text messages and could not send group texts. Asked for assistance and my person was great (Jaymi) I think that's how the name is spelled was very helpful. Everything was working in less than 10 minutes. I didn't have to leave my couch. Happy customer
Usually never buy service agreements, but did due to a 4yr coverage for a reasonable price and a history I had with printers. My first time having an Epson printer and so glad I bought the Asurion agreement through Staples. Issue with a "maintenance box" which I never heard of with prior HP printers. Robert of Asurion helped me online through the whole issue and learned I had to replace this 'box'. Was reasonably priced and will purchase and install myself. The chat and connecting to my computer went extremely well and many thanks to Asurion having such a great tech!
It went well, the issue resolved. The key is having all the information regarding your product, Activation Kit, the box the Phone came in, not the packing box There is needed information on the bottom of the box. In my case I was sitting at my house computer logged into my ATT account. It was smooth sailing, at lot of steps easily done.
Had issues dealing with the website at first but once I chose the CHAT option. The service rep was outstanding had my service request done in minutes. Before I knew I was done and ready to get my item on its way to be fix no charge to me. I have never had an issue putting in a claim with ASURION. I buy insurance on almost anything that's electronic or Kid related items that can be broken and I always come out on top when putting in my claim. They resolve them very quickly. Don't think about it twice about buying ASURION to protect your items. Easy and fast claims resolution.
Bought a softball bat for my daughter in Feb 2022 and purchased the extra warranty as the bat was expensive. The bat has cracked on the inside and something broke. I was able to file a claim hassle free and within minutes and I will be receiving an E-card for the amount I paid for the bat to purchase a new one. Wonderful customer service. AT&T forwarded my call to Asurion.I explained my grandson had dropped his phone and cracked the screen. They worked very efficiently on my problem and when I called U Break I Fix, they had all my information already. Ii brought my phone in and it was ready in less than an hour
I dropped my phone a few days ago, and filled out the form for a replacement yesterday. The new phone arrived TODAY! So fast! The customer service representative that helped me, Sable, was extremely helpful and kind. My phone took forever to update and transfer, and Sable was very patient. Thank you!
My issue had to be resolved in 2 visits. Parts weren't here for the first visit. I was pleased to see Asurion as the provider. I value them as a trusted provider for warranty services on so many of my purchases. The technicians I had were both great. Professional and friendly. The second tech that did the repairs was very knowledgeable and educated me on the proper care/use of my appliance. I wish all repair issues were handled this way. I hope Samsung keeps Asurion as the repair
We had a great overall experience. From start to finish Asurion was on it. When we were told it would be two weeks for parts Asurion representative call the contractor and the part was in in less than a week. We are very happy with the service.
Thankfully, we had purchased the extended 5-year warranty for our LG refrigerator because the compressor went during the last year of our warranty. I was able to get an appointment with the LG expert in our area quickly, and he did a great job repairing the refrigerator.
My husband was visiting family in one state, while I was vacationing in another. Both of us 12+ hrs from home. They agent I spoke to was able to get his phone to rural area in Maine the next day so he had his flight information to come back home. I was extremely please and happy with the efficiency and convenience as well as the concern I received trying to solve this disaster. Thank you so much!
Not only was it super easy to file a claim online, but it was also easy to schedule my appointment to have my device worked on. The technician met me at my home making it very convenient. He was very polite, knowledgeable, and friendly. I cannot say enough about how great a job he did and how easy this process was.

I had insurance on my iPhone, crushed the screen & went to the ATT store. They helped my place my claim, told me when repairman would come to my house to fix. Everything went smooth from there, until the phone was fixed. No stress, no hassle. Thankful!
Asurion sends junk phones to as replacements. Then gives you a junk 12 month warranty. I went to US Cellular to report problems with my Screen protector (flip z) They sent me to ubreakifix. Ubreakifix fixes the problem for $20. Same problem occurs. Asurion says they will fix the issue and send a new phone. But then they transfer me to someone that says actually we won't be sending you a phone.
It was difficult getting the claim started because we had several phones on our account but once we had that started, placing the appointment for repair was easy. The service tech came to us and took care of the issue and I didn't have to miss any work. That was awesome!
Asurion representatives are thoroughly informed about devices troubleshooting and GREAT customer support. I'm so impressed with the service and suggestions for my phone and my tech issues. I highly recommend this coverage and the process

I purchased this insurance bc I was told it would cover every electronic in my home. I paid 26$ a month. My iPad screen broke. I contacted them and they assured me they would send me labels so I can mail the ipad in for repairs. Two weeks went by still no shipping labels. I called again. He told me he didn't know what happened but he would mail the shipping labels again plus send the through email. Again 2 weeks passed no email nor shipping labels by mail. At this point I am furious. Stay away they only want your money.

Answer: Asurion insurance is who: Cricket Wireless, Verizon, & most remaining cell phone companies are with now! Just be careful b/c they are IMO SCAMMERS that will get you at one time or another!
Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
