My wife cracked her phone screen on her Samsung 23 ultra and I was sent tonthis asurion store to get it fixed the representative where very helpful and quick to fix the phone and everything works great andi would definitely recommend those with issues to go there
Asurion was contacted about a problem I had with a mini chain saw that I had purchased and had added their protection plan. The saw quit working no matter what i tried to do and when I contacted Asurion, my problem was resolved quickly and completely.
Scheduled a week ago. No show. Call Asurion and they say they don't have a contact for the technician, and only options are to reschedule 1 week later or drive 45 miles to a 3rd party fix-it shop. I think Verizon needs to stop promoting this insurance.
I broke the glass on my Pixel 6 pro. Filed my claim with asurion through AT&t. Dropped off my phone at you break I fix montage mountain. By the time I went to two stores, stop by the store. Ask the kid if he wanted donuts. He said no thank you and my phone was done.

Spent 4 hours on the phone with them trying to resolve a claim. They insist that my phone is not the color that is specified. However, we have the original box from AT & T, proving other wise. Absolutely, the worst company. We also had to pay out of pocket to have the phone fixed, as they keep denying the claim.
My dryer broke filed a claim and was denied because "I do not own the dryer". They claimed I put a check mark on the claim form that I am not an owner. Who in their bright mind to say that you do not own the appliances and that you need repair? I live with my husband and there is only two of us. They said they cannot reverse their decision no matter how I offered a proof that we own the dryer. So I cancelled them. They took my monthly auto pay and what is the reason for paying them when they can just deny you that easy. So I advice you use American Home Shield instead. They register your appliances and easy to file for a claim. Asurion do not register your appliances so there is a loop hole there to deny your claim. I have a Kenmore dryer.
I have gotten the Asurion warranty for most of my products because they work great but sometimes they might malfunction due to different causes and when that happens I want to make sure the products are covered.
It is my first time when one of my products malfunctions and I am glad Asurion was able to provide a fix for me.

This is the biggest scam I have ever seen in my life. My phone was lost and US Cellular uses this horrible company for their "insurance". They sent me a "new" phone for $250, Mind you I'm still paying for the stolen phone through US Cellular and the phone didn't work from day one, it was refurbished. Dropped every single call. I called them and they assured me they would send me a BRAND NEW phone. 2 days later, I received ANOTHER refurbished phone. I contacted them only to hear, well we can't guarantee you a "new" phone. We send refurbished ones. I said what kind of business are you running?! She said, if the née phone doesn't work, send it back. I don't have time to keep returning their junk! DO NOT use them for insurance. You're better off without insurance.

After over 2 hours on the phone with these clowns I get to pay the deductible AGAIN! They "repaired" my phone screen in February. It's a Samsung note 10 plus. Rated for water resistance of 5 meters and Up to 30 minutes. I had it in my pocket when I got in a pool, my mistake. No big deal right, it's water resistant... well not when they were done with it, less than 12 inches and less than 15 seconds... it fu$&ed. They have no liability and it's my problem they do half $#*! work. Please don't let them repair your phone. If you crack the screen and they want to "fix" it just say, well it fell in the toilet or what ever and got wet... now you get a brand new phone because they don't repair phones that get wet. So do yourself a favor and get it wet it doesn't cost anymore and you will get a new phone and it will not have someone's inexperience and inept repair work done to it.
I had an issue with my brand-new printer that could not be fixed easily, Normon was able to figure out the issue. He did not skip steps, he looked for all options. He was friendly and cared about getting this issue taken care of in a timely manner. I really appreciate his assistance for this issue.
The 4th repair and 2nd by Asurion "fixed" the problem with my oven--at least to the satisfaction of Electrolux. It would be best if the tech were going to miss the service window, for an administrative person to call/text. I waited for the whole afternoon only to find out that the tech was stuck on another job. Asurion should be responsible for this, not the tech who is busy actually doing the work.
I didn't get no trouble to do my claim,it was so fast and the employer had a very pleasant attitude
The service here was so wonderful. When I first walked in the ambience of the room, really set the pace for the experience. I handed over my phone, turned off find my iPhone with all the confidence in the world that these people would do their job. And they did just that I was extremely pleased with my phone screen and the way that it worked when I went and picked it up. Thank you so much you break I fix you guys are absolutely phenomenal
Asurion made sure that getting my screen replaced was a quick and easy as possible. When they say 3 days they mean it. I was nervous about shipping my phone off but they had great communication and kept me up to date on the whole process. I couldn't be any more happier about the whole process!

They have no intention of helping. Getting a replacement phone was a difficult task but even more difficult to get Asurion to give my phone to UPS. I was promised 2nd day shipping. UPS was finally given my phone a week after this promise and a lot of hot words every other day or so. Confirmed address was not put in correctly (even tho Maria literally just read it back to me), promises not being kept time after time, and ultimately my phone getting "lost" all less me to switch from Verizon & Asurion. I currently have the household electronics insurance and can't even make a claim for a tablet or a game controller. I've given them money for more than a decade and I can't even make 1 claim..

This company likes to take 300 dollars from a family with kids in the middle of the month. For a phone that they say wasn't sent to them this week but last week was sending a refund because they found it. So which is it asurion? Sent back or not!?! Its ok see ya in court!
Answer: Asurion insurance is who: Cricket Wireless, Verizon, & most remaining cell phone companies are with now! Just be careful b/c they are IMO SCAMMERS that will get you at one time or another!
Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
