Reached out to the chat agent for help finding an sku number and he was able to file my entire claim for my with minimal info needed on my end. Took maybe 10-15 mins total and now I just wait for the final review. Great job
I had been trying to get a status on my claim because the site was not updated, so I figured I would try the online chat. I usually never like to try the chat because its always a bot and they can never seem to understand my issues. Regardless, I was given an actual representative and she was quick to resolve my issue. She was professional and prompt, exactly what you want and need when dealing with online customer service.
I lost my phone and when i claimed for a new phone they denied my claim. I have been paying insurance for asurion for more than 7 years and never even claimed a device. Now that I lost the phone and when I am claiming the phone, the company denied my claim. Worst company ever and they are not even providing a reason for their denial. It is a SCAM company. Do not chose this company
We was with family and she sat her phone down for two seconds and it was knocked over very hard.AT&T told us to reach out to Asurion.Everything was very easy,We chose the store closest to us.And they was extremely nice and helpful.They even gave her better tips to keep her phone safer.Service was very fast as well😊

Don't waste your money buying a plan from asurion.
I paid $70 for a 2 year plan for a cellphone and my screen got cracked so I filed a claim which they charged me $43 to do and then have me go to their repair shop for them to tell me that asurion is going to buy the phone back not fix it so I have to buy a new phone first so I can transfer everything over before I can turn my phone in for the refund which is nothing more then an Amazon gift card because that's where I bought the phone.
Complete ripoff in my opinion, there's better plans out there.

TV stopped working used the Home+ plan. Big mistake, Had an older 32 inch Samsung series 5 1920x1080 was replaced with a series 4 1280 x 720 made in 2017. Sent in the claim to repair or replace. They decided it needed to be replaced. Local center never even looked at it. Cost me the 99 dollars plus the 27 dollars I pay total every month. Could have gone to Walmart and purchased a much better TV built this year. Waste of money when it comes to TVs.
As a follow up to Asurion response. I took the issue to the second level in two different departments with no help, no ability to refund the 99.00, no ability to return the TV for the one I should have been sent, no ability to help me in anyway is what I was told. Was actually told by one department that it was my fault that I should not have taken delivery of the TV. When it was sitting on my door step when I got home and called as soon as I noticed it was in no way a comparable TV to what I had
I filed a claim and it's three weeks later and no service yet smh. They don't hesitate to get my money monthly but they have given me nothing but broken promises and a headache I just can't understand. I have called about 5 times, this is the worst service I've ever encountered.

Filed my first claim back in July, and was told they needed a couple of days for review and to stand-by. It's NOW August 8th and no follow up. I just called to find out the status of my claim, only to learn no claim on file. I asked to be transferred to cancel appliance insurance. The fellow I spoke to did find my claim but it was still pending... and would need to wait until they open tomorrow. F-that. No more waiting. No more paying this appliance insurance company. I've been paying monthly premiums for the last 3 months and would still have a $99 service charge. I'm starting to see this a good deal for Asurion but not me.
It was easy to talk to customer service rep, but don't start a claim unless you have at least 30 mins to ask for help. Super satisfied with the outcome.

I accidentally dropped my new phone the same day I bought it - before I was able to put a protective case and screen protector on it. It was just a single crack across my screen, but it was impacting my daily usage of the phone so it needed to be fixed. On the day of my appointment, I took my phone into the downtown AT&T store and one of the Asurion specialists named John and he said they'd take good care of it and have the screen fixed in no time. I came back at the pickup time and my phone screen looked brand new again! John did such a great job and I really appreciate the care and service that Asurion's repair team provided.
Excellent service and patience is appreciated - even though we weren't talking his text answers were sincere and in a good attitude. I felt I was treated with respect and that is very important when we humans go searching for help and older person like me who is not very competent in technology.
I needed to file a claim regarding an HP Laptop that I bought my daughter. The laptop's plastic cover started splitting. I bought a 4-year warranty from Asurion in 2021. Asurion quickly submitted a claim form via the internet, and it was easy to complete. However, I gave my address and I failed to give my daughter's address for them to send the repair box. I clicked back and the message read, Is there an error or did something go wrong, not sure which. Nonetheless a chat box appeared and there was Dean to my rescue. He took the info and stated he had made the correction to the address and for me to check back in 2 hours. I appreciate the prompt attention to my service need. I will surely check back in 2 hours to ensure that all was done as stated. Thanks, Asurion for your timely and efficient service.
My phone was damaged. They want to charge me 249 as deductible which the phone itself does not even worth that. After being on phone for 40 minutes and asking to talk with supervisor, they made me to hold for 35 minutes and then hung-up on me. It is totally rip-off.
There was an option to have a technician come to my house to fix my cracked screen. When the technician arrived he fixed my phone in his van and finished it within 30 minutes. This was the most sufficient process for atnt. We all know you have to wait in line at a store. I will definitely use this again.

The technician was very friendly and knowledgeable. The technician completed the screen swap on my S23 Ultra in less than 30 minutes. Needless to say, I was very impressed. It was well worth the monthly insurance fee. Had I not been paying for the insurance, the repair would cost me $400.

Answer: Asurion insurance is who: Cricket Wireless, Verizon, & most remaining cell phone companies are with now! Just be careful b/c they are IMO SCAMMERS that will get you at one time or another!
Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
