I bought a TV and purchased the extended warranty through Asurion. GFL trying to get a phone number. You can't call the mobile number, they don't handle tv's. No place on my warranty is there a phone number to call.
Secondly, I tried to file online. But when it asks the screen size, it does not accept it. I'm looking right at the info of the TV and my plan.
Worst place. Never again, I will never purchase warranty plans from them. They suck!
I broke my iphone, and then lost it. Asurion reps Breanna and today LaFaithe, were incredibly nice, efficient and helped me to activate new phone and get downloaded info from old to new. They replaced my phone without any hassle.
I wish all insurance was this good.

Trying to get replacement for an insured, stolen phone. We have been on the phone for an entire week with Asurion, attempted four claims. They have all failed! We have encountered EXTREME incompetence, poor language skills and ridiculously bad customer service. They took down the wrong address to replace the phone, and it just got worse and worse and worse. It's been a full week, and our trip is destroyed! My wife is in tears.
We had a great experience with the service. My mom's phone quit charging from about 6 years ago. The phone is no longer made, so we got a replacement phone. The service was awesome, and the agent was very kind and thorough. We really appreciated how easy it was to talk, and work with them.
I have had numerous protection plans in the past, but the ones I have purchased in recent years with Asurion for electronics have been outstanding and affordable. It is an easy matter of explaining your problem with the device and you are on your way to a refund of your purchase!
I purchased two Samsung TVs at the same time back in 2018. One of them being rather expensive. When the Direct TV installer came out to install my new 4k upgrade equipment he noticed my purchases and recommended I purchase their TV/Laptop insurance. Good thing for me, as both new TV's failed with the same problem within months of each other. (LED strip failure). Both tv were found not to be cost effective to repair due to my remote location. Both TV's were replaced within one week of my filed claim. I was given multiple choices of replacement TV's. Im so glad that Direct TV installer recommended their product insurance plan provided by Asurion.
No one I have spoken to seems to know how to file and complete claim. The site/link is as bad or worse. Been almost a month, I've spent hours on the phone and on site and no where any closer to replacing my phone. Service is $#*! and that's being nice
I was shocked at how much I had to pay to get another phone. Really thinking what did I get myself into switching to AT&T/ Asurion. The only thing that disappointed me. The customer representative was kind and outstanding. I'm grateful she took her time to be kind and help me.

After paying for insurance for my cell phone for 5 years it turns out that it is worthless. The camera and flashlight stopped working on my phone. When I put in a claim I am told that my only option is a an S8 or S9 replacement phone. The replacement phone has a $149 deductible. Both of those replacement phones can be purchased with 2 year warranty for much less all over the place. So, after paying over $1000 in insurance I am finding out that the insurance is worthless. I will be moving on from asurion and VERIZON.

It is better to upgrade or replace your phone than to use this insurance. It has been 48 hours and I have not received the replacement phone after providing numerous requested documentation. Customer Service Reps were not helpful. I paid nearly $300 for a replacement phone and have been given the runaround with several different time frames. I originally requested same day delivery. The date and time was confirmed but no one ever showed. I was promised next day. The phone never showed. I was then told additional documentation was needed and phone would be shipped the following day. The phone never showed. I am still waiting. It would be better to go into the store and upgrade then to purchase insurance.
Had a ac unit I was on fence about insurance, I usually insure all my products over 200 and thank goodness I did it failed just over a year and was no hassle to make a claim( which I hate doing and returning anything). Having purchased many coverages already I have only had a couple of claims and it is so helpful even though on most of my items I never need it. It's just a relief to know I have it and now I probably will make sure I buy the max year just in case! Not a waste of money, when you need it, it will make you relieved and thankful you did and make up for all the others not needed. Great company and customer service in my experience!
After I had fill my claim, I had my replacement phone with in 4 days. No hassle
I had my Z flip 4 for less than 3 months when I dropped it, face down on the screen and the screen went completely black. Luckily, I had the phone insured through Asurion and I was able to get a brand new phone the very next day! It was a lot better to pay $275 for the replacement than over $1000 for a new phone! Asurion makes it really easy to get the help you need, whether it's a screen repair or a new phone. I also have the $25 a month insurance now for all of the devices that I own! It covers almost EVERYTHING I have! The Nintendo switch, all 3 tvs, my sound bar, the tablets and my son's phone. It covers so much more than I realized and if I had to replace my 65" tv, it would only cost me $100! I am so glad that the Asurion rep told me about it because I had no idea that it ever existed! I have absolutely nothing bad to say about Asurion, great company and excellent customer service! Definitely worth it and definitely recommend it to anyone! Awesome job Asurion! Keep it up!
I took my mom's phone to get the screen replaced. Gave was the one that helped me. He was very polite, helpful, timely, and professional. I was lucky to have the phone fixed in the same day, within the time frame that he gave me. He made it look like a new phone again.

From filing my claim, receiving my replacement very quickly, and the Protech support I received in switching everything over to my new device was absolutely AWESOME. I can't think of anything that could have been more pleasurable when it comes to the necessity of replacing a device that is very important to my business and personal life. It's bad enough when it becomes necessary from an unexpected accidental loss. This experience was superb!
I filed the claim on Friday night and my replacement was here the next day. They always are fast on the replacements.

Answer: Asurion insurance is who: Cricket Wireless, Verizon, & most remaining cell phone companies are with now! Just be careful b/c they are IMO SCAMMERS that will get you at one time or another!
Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
