In all the years I have had Verizon I have had asurion insurance on my phones and it's came in handy many times and saved me a ton of money. I'm a roofer and often have the occasional mishap of dropping my phone from a rooftop or crushing the screen in my pocket at least once a year and getting a brand new phone for 150 bucks or getting the screen fixed for $30 is way better than making payments on a broken device or buying a whole new phone again. This is worth it if you break your phone at least once a year the insurance pays for itself most times you can get a new phone and be back up and running by end of day or next business day at the latest thank you asurion for such great service it's always appreciated
I placed a claim on two phones that were glitching. One phone with no longer take calls, or make calls or take pictures. The other phone would not allow Wi-Fi to turn on. We could hardly function with it. I placed a claim for both phones in the same week. Within a few days both phones showed up. One box had instructions the other did not but luckily we were able to just make a phone call and have it straightened out. It was very easy and I would recommend this highly to anyone it's so worth it.
I lost my phone while on vacation. Fortunately, I had insurance. I called in a claim and had a new phone within days. That was the easy part. I had a little trouble activating it and had to use online tech support. It took a little time, but my phone is working, and I was very happy with the service. It was definitely worth having the insurance. I only wish I had backed up my photos. Sad face. My contacts came in so that was a plus. I'm not very tech savvy but am going to learn how to back up to the cloud after this experience. Kim did a great job helping me activate my phone. 5 stars.

They refused to replace a stone in a ring. They offered to give me my purchase price. The ring has doubled in value so the price they were going to refund me was ridiculous. I told them to send the ring back. So i guess they get to pick and choose what they cover.
I contacted Samsung about an issue with the ice maker on our fridge and the Asurion team contacted us the next day to schedule a tech appointment the following week (and this was during the holidays!)
Communication was fantastic from start to finish. Kept us posted when the tech was running a bit late and then the tech called us 20 minutes before arriving to let us know he was on his way. Service on the fridge was quick and efficient. Fixed the problem in no time. Highly recommend Asurion!
I had a TV that stopped working on me. I was looking at options and they were all pretty pricey. I remembered I had asurion home protect and decided to look into it a little more. Turns out is was a cost effective way to replace my TV with the most comparable. I filled out the form and they took care of finding the TV and having it shipped at no extra cost. Thank you asuriin for making the process quick and easy.
Great service and quick turnaround. My laptop battery would not retain the charge. One call to their call center and I was sent the package to ship my laptop. After investigation they confirmed its beyond repair and refunded the laptop amount with in 7 working days.
I cracked the glass on my iPhone. I called Asurion on Monday. Got an appointment for Wednesday and the repair person was right on time. I'm a 75 year old Woman and them coming to my house made a big difference. I would strongly recommend them.
I paid $250 for a replacement device less than a month ago as we all know when you file a claim you get refurbished phone. Well the screen has ink spots all over it that is only visible in the sun instead of backing their product warranty they filed another $250 claim. Which is a joke. Customer service is a absolute joke!
I was in a predicament, I could not make any phone calls and was waiting for my new phone to activate. It was stuck so I went on my computer and started a text with Juan at Asurion. He walked me thru and was very professional and in a timely manner.

I called them about some kind of compensation for staying home for 3 days waiting for the replacement *229.00 deductible phone and talked to Brie who was rude and unhelpful. They blamed FedEx. Never ever buy insurance with this company. I lost my phone one week ago and trying to claim my device replacement. This company provides false and misleading information to me and giving new excuses every time I call them as they don't want to give the claim. Very Very disappointing and $#*! company.

I typed everything in and hit submit and got a notice that there was trouble loading the info to do a chat. Maria was excellent and prompt. Said she could walk me through sending the info to the manufacturer but the original purchase wasn't showing in "my orders" on Amazon for purchases prior to October 20 and this was bought in August and Maria took care of me. So much appreciated!
Have never had an easier insurance claim for anything. Painless and had the replacement phone within 24 hours. The first time it was delivered by someone who helped set up thr new phone. For the second claim, I requested it be sent to me and i received it asap. Super easy and painless.
Excuse after excuse, they kept me calling Comsumer Cellar, finally a supervisor from Comsumer Cellar called them with me on the line, all we got was more excuse's.I was told at one time they stopped making the phone I had, so they would give me a refund, that never happened. Even the supervisor from Comsumer Cellar tried to reason with them but did no good. These people are liars and crooks.

I went in because my son cracked his screen. I had a warranty through AT&T and Asurion was the place to bring my phone. The gentleman who assisted me was very kind, knowledgeable and made me feel like my son's phone would be able to be fixed. His phone was fixed way before they said it would be. It looked like it was never broken. I completely recommend them and their services. Might be bringing my son's Nintendo Switch in to get fixed by them next.

Answer: Asurion insurance is who: Cricket Wireless, Verizon, & most remaining cell phone companies are with now! Just be careful b/c they are IMO SCAMMERS that will get you at one time or another!
Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
