I buy a item at amazon and buy a 4 years protection plan, last week my item fail to work any more and I contact Asurion and they took care of my claim with out any excuses and everything was taking care super fast. Thank you very much.

I am attempting to make a first claim since I've started this service in 2021. It is now March of 2023 and I am getting the run around to fix my laptop. I called about 5 times to cancel the service, so instead of canceling they talk me into staying just to give me more trouble with a bunch of different people I have to keep talking to. If my laptop doesn't get approved to get fixed within the next business day, I will be seeking legal counsel to get all my money back that I have given this company over the last two years. I will never recommend this company to anyone else either.
I was very comfortable with AT&T staffers handling my damaged IPHONE replacement paperwork. I was assured it would arrive the next day and given instructions to return with the old and new phone to complete the transaction. Very satisfied!
Call back when you say you will, make sure customer is satisfied, resolve the issue. I had a leaking dishwasher that ruined my floors and cabinets. Had to file an insurance claim. Each time I speak to Asurion about replacement or reimbursement per THEIR POLICY, I get a different story and a runaround. Do not even consider using this company unless you have a desire to get driven to the edge of insanity

Asurion sent me a broken phone then said I would have to pay another deductible to have that broken phone replaced. Then, to to it off, they charged my bank account $300 saying they never received the original phone I sent back. I have called sooooo many times to either be told there is nothing they can do, or straight up lied to saying that I would be refunded my money but that doesn't happen. I cannot believe they take advantage of paying customers in a bad situation.
After many years of service i have not had to seek out assistance in this way. I was pleasantly surprised and wished i had remembered to check with this option sooner. The assistance and patience I received was top tier
Returned my damage Iphone 14 Pro and the very next day received a replacement by Asurion it was very fast and efficient service.
Took it to ATT representative Joshua to set up my replaced I phone, he did a great job too.

My claim was submitted on a Sunday and as the lines opened on Monday, I talked to Cynthia and she answered all my questions and even went above and beyond to help while reassuring me the entire time. I can't thank her enough for her kindness and positivity!
Had the multi phone protection plan. One claim I filed they did send a refurbished phone. The other phone, nothing to do with screen being cracked and they said no worries. Claim denied and charged full-price. Had an issue with the refurbished phone being stuck in safe mode. Spent hours on the phone and online with Tech support multiple times and took to verizon store two times, nothing could be done. Finally get through to Asurion - had to talk to verizon first and get transferred. Telling me the phone is covered only to be on phone for 2 hours to say they won't cover it - as a crack in the screen - their out on doing anything. Took the phone to a repair store & the volume button was jammed in. Cancelled service immediately. Not worth your aggravation.
Very quick, got a message letting me know they where on there way. I was told the Face ID might not work with where the crack was, but still decided to do it anyways only took about 15minutes or less and everything looked brand new. I also got to keep the Face ID as well just had to reset it and scan my face again.
Excellent service, very satisfied with my purchase for a protection plan on my 65" Smart TV which I did end up having a problem with. Asurion was there exactly as advertised to cover the problems that arrose after the manufacturer warranty expired. I'm very grateful to have Asurion as my extended protection plan service. Thank you so much for your help and for giving me peace of mind that my purchase was covered and would be fixed or replaced. I am very happy with the service they have extended to me.
My daughter spilled a drink on our laptop keyboard, some of the keys would intermittently stick afterward making it difficult for here to type her school papers. Fortunately I remembered the coverage I purchased when I bought the laptop. Starting the claim online was simple, the keyboard was replaced and the unit was back the next week. Our first claim with asurion was a good experience.
The Verizon instructions did not work transferring my Note 8 "Everything" content to my new S22 Ultra.
Alisha, was great! And was very patient, understanding, and listened to my issue. I was not comfortable proceeding with the transfer process and could not risk loosing anything from my old phone. She went through and guided me through every prompt and apps to start and complete the transfer. Everything went perfectly, and now I have my new phone ready to go. All data, yes Everything is transferred over and she did a perfect job helping every step of the way.

I was able to pay less to replace my old tv by having this insurance. They deemed it irreparable and replaced it with a new one. Making the claim and all was easy. The communication was great as well.

Dealing with Nick was easy. He was efficient and provided explanations and solutions. Verizon contracts are confusing and it's hard to understand how the costs apply and what charges are for what items.
I called about a claim to repair my cracked screen that should have been $29. They said they can't replace it I have too swap out the phone which is $182. Why am I being led to believe I have coverage that you won't honor?
Answer: Asurion insurance is who: Cricket Wireless, Verizon, & most remaining cell phone companies are with now! Just be careful b/c they are IMO SCAMMERS that will get you at one time or another!
Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
