My son lost his phone at work. Of course we didn't remember our passcode but we were able to get a temporary one sent to my husband's email. Everything was quite simple and quick. We got the new phone in 2 days and he's up and running again!

Customer service was good.They help you fast...The only bad part was the person who they send to fix my Washing machine he left a big mess.It was so bad even my dryer was dirty and he didn't need to touch my dryer... it was very hard for me to clean the washing machine in side and out side I'm not sure if was glue or grease?
Someone stepped on my iPhone 13 Pro Max that I only had for around 7 months. The phone still worked fine, but the back was cracked like spider webs. I submitted the claim online. Very simple process. Apparently, cracking the back of the phone is a much more extensive repair than cracking the screen, so the phone was not repairable. Therefore, they replaced the phone with an "AT&T Certified Restored" phone, exact same model and color. Perfect condition. Not "used". Looks and works like a brand new phone that's never been activated or used at all (maybe it hasn't)!
I paid the insurance copay, and my new phone was delivered to me the vert next day. They included a return USPS label, bubble wrap for the old phone, and tape to secure the box. I just dropped it off at the post office, and that was that!

I regret I didn't get the name of the person who helped us but I will be eternally grateful for him fixing my teen's screen so I don't have to listen to her groan and sigh about her phone anymore. Out of 5 stars I give him 12.
Appointments you set up online with a designated time the first time will probably not happen, you may have to make many more appointments and calls to customer service to complain until a technician will arrive
They denied my claim because they said the phone that had service was not the phone that was damaged. Yet I have a green screen from water damage on the phone I have service with and called them on. So how could it not be the right phone?
Because of this I have gone a full week without a new phone. My service keeps dipping in and out because if the water damage.
I have been with Verizon for 10+ years and I am leaving them based on how Asurion went. Bye bye Verizon!

My husband and I just moved into our new home and my screen cracked after dropping it the first day. My technician, Tucker was scheduled to arrive between 3 and 5pm. He called me and asked if it would be ok if he came early. Even if that didn't work for me, the fact that he called to confirm made me feel like he actually gave a damn about me and my time. He greeted me, and my two crazy standard poodles at my front door, helped me finish my pre-repair security requirements, and had my phone back to me in what had to be less than twenty minutes. The guy was polite, efficient, and friendly beyond anything I expected. Thank you, Tucker. I needed someone to make life easier for me today, and you did it with just a smile.

We paid $15 per month on our AT&T bill for insurance. They promised a new phone the next day. My son broke his phone so I filed a claim. Deductable was $125 for a phone that AT&T was selling new for $150. So Asurion tells me they're on back order. Wait a week. Call to complain and they say they'll send one out tomorrow. So I guess they wait till you complain. O. k. What we receive is a refurbished model. $15 per month plus $125 and we get a used phone.
I am so impressed with the efficient service received. From the direct customer service call on the phone to processing online & submission of the claim. As we add extra coverage warranty for majority of the instruments we purchased. This is the first time we filed a claim on a cymbal. So impressed how quick and timely this was simple process was done! Thankyou!
Very easy to get an appointment set! I ended up not being able to make my original time frame so I rescheduled & set it up for someone to come to me (very busy schedule) he showed up within the 2 hour time frame, was extremely friendly & got my screen replaced very quickly! Also put a screen protector on for me as well.
Wonderful care! We contacted because our hover board broke, Chris took excellent care of us! It was easy, fast and no problems whatsoever! We used to chat option and we're very pleased with how easy it was. We received a full refund so we could purchase a replacement.

I have never had such a horrible experience with a company before. They have horrible customer service and will not return your calls. I had a technician come out and "fix" my ice machine only for him to make my whole refrigerator stop working, after I was charged almost $400! I have been going back and forth for over a week with them with my refrigerator still not being fixed. I had to throw away over $400 worth of food because of a mistake one of their technicians made. When I call everybody says I'm sorry but nobody is really there to help! It's been over a week and I still can't get ahold of a manager. Again do NOT use this company. Completely unprofessional! Expensive and they do not know what they're doing! Go somewhere else or proceed at your own risk!
I have had several Asurion plans cover items I have purchased, but this was the first time I needed to make a claim. I am doubling down to add these plans to insure the items I purchase now that I see just how effectively and easily the claim process is, and that I am taken care of so well with little question. I would recommend everyone add these affordable plans to any purchases they are eligible for to ensure the items you purchase are insured against life's little mishaps and failures. Great job well worth it!
Because new phone thought I was paired to old phone which was erased and returned, my new iPhone 14 woukd not pair to existing Apple Watch. Verizon customer rep Nicole was the only one who could guide me to clear old data and start anew after many videos and tech conversations. Please if you buy a new phone, have your sakes rep do this to save you a day of grief. The Verizon customer service saved me a trip to the store and all is working great.
Ordered a new phone from AT&T on Monday 8/28/23 and it was scheduled for delivery today 8/30/2023 between 10 - 12 PM. No delivery. Called *******569 and waited for over 20 minutes though kept being told the avg wait time was 4 minutes. It turned out the delivery was not assigned to any "expert". The delivery was reschedule for Friday, 9/1/2023, more than 2 days later than the original delivery. Terrible service. Wish AT&T wouldn't use this company for delivery.

Answer: Asurion insurance is who: Cricket Wireless, Verizon, & most remaining cell phone companies are with now! Just be careful b/c they are IMO SCAMMERS that will get you at one time or another!
Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
