Asurion sent me a broken phone then said I would have to pay another deductible to have that broken phone replaced. Then, to to it off, they charged my bank account $300 saying they never received the original phone I sent back. I have called sooooo many times to either be told there is nothing they can do, or straight up lied to saying that I would be refunded my money but that doesn't happen. I cannot believe they take advantage of paying customers in a bad situation.
