This young man was respectful and Couldn't ask for a better tech. This gentleman was very nice to my children and explained everything to them about what he was doing and also helped. My kids understand more about their iPhone. I would have to say it was a very good experience and this gentleman needs a raise. Amen.
Took off work to be home for my scheduled screen repair fix. No one showed. No one called. Two calls to customer service. Hours on the phone. No answer. Total rip off. I'm not paying for their "protection" anymore.
They changed my deductible to $229 for a series 5 iwatch. This is April 2023; that watch can be purchased for less. What's the point of insurance if the deductible is more than retail? Very dishonest.
Our technician was fabulous, very personal and we felt that he truly cared. We lost our home in the Gray Fire. Our technician had a heart for helping us! You can't buy his compassionate heart! Give him a raise!

Difficulty setting up a new android phone, Could not get anything to transfer to the new device. Lisa was wonderful and worked for 2 hours or more trying to get the phone set up. We finally got it. She was great. This was not my first phone set up, however this proved to be very difficult. I was so glad to have the help and patience as we worked through it.
The repair part was great very expeditious. The whole process took about four days from the moment I shipped it out till it was returned to me but the issue was verification. The process was atrocious I was asked to verify my information more than five times after my initial registration when I purchased the device there should be no need to continuously upload your receipt or proof of purchase after an extended period of time as most people lose or miss placed their receipts this should not be a thing. Other than that I am extremely pleased with the service and how my device repair

This is the first time I've ever used Staples Tech service. The Tech was knowledgeable, pleasant and very patient. It took a while to get it resolved. Had both new computer and new printer. They didn't want to talk to each other. Was pleasantly surprised.

Great insurance and good to have, but be careful, because you will only get a gift card from(in my case, staples). Would have like to use my money refund at my choice of place.

I've been signed up for the Asurion home+ insurance for about 4 months now. Within that time, I had some controllers of mine that broke, so I filed a claim. I assumed that since I had already paid $100 towards this, I would be entitled to a new controller. (yes I made sure that everything was within the requirements for this to be covered) I was told by multiple workers at Asurion that I would be able to get coverage as long as I fill out the claim. After filling in all of the information, I awaited an email as promised. This email never came, so I tried again, and again. All with the same outcome. So now here I am, angry that I wasted money to support a company that does nothing but provide false promises. Don't buy this, you're better off throwing your money on the street, at least then it wouldn't encourage companies like asurion.
Had a issue occurred the day after getting my phone, my iMessages were not sending through, and it would not connect, luckily I was sent a link to chat with a online representative, which helped me through the process very easily inconvenient to get it solved right away
My IPhone was totally smashed. I was able to complete a claim in what seemed less than a minute. I know it took longer but it was so seamless a process. Now they advise my phone will be replaced in 1 to 2 business days assuming this happens then this was a top notch experience.
Our fridge went out. Forgot we had a warranty paid a repair guy to come tell us compressor died. Remembered we had warranty, called in got it all set up. The repair company called to come everything and I asked if they could make sure they had the part before coming. The young lady helping me put me on hold and checked and they did not. She said 4 days to get and pushed our appt one day which worked out so they only had to come once!
I did, but just as easily as the wrong angle drop broke it, I was able to get it replaced! No hassle or need to complain. I filled out the claim information, chose which local store I wanted to fix it and took I there. About 2 hours of work but it's good as new!
Answer: Asurion insurance is who: Cricket Wireless, Verizon, & most remaining cell phone companies are with now! Just be careful b/c they are IMO SCAMMERS that will get you at one time or another!
Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
