Having the the Peace of Mind that you are protected for whatever life throws at you getting my phone screen repaired you can possibly beat it for $29 it's way better than having to pay a couple of $100 out of pockets

My phone was lost/stolen and I immediately filed a claim and police report. Asurion acted like they were handling things, and things appeared to be going along smoothly... until they needed more documentation... and then more... and then more. After multiple claims filed and denied to to lack of documentation and multiple phone calls, i was informed I needed to black list my phone with AT&T, so I did, and I waited... again. When I called back again 48 hours later, they informed me that I waited too long to black list my phone, so it was no longer eligible for replacement. Long story short, i had to pay for a new phone out of pocket after over a week without my phone and Asurion kept my money.
Absolutely the biggest liers. All money, service, and communication. They are both a nightmare. Their customer service thats non American are the kindest people, without them. And them owing me 800, amd 280 I would have walked the first day. Their terrible.

Awesome agent came to my home and fixed all my issues with a new iPhone and restoring all my info. Very knowledgeable and personal agents. I even signed up for monthly services, because I learned so many things Asurion can help with.

Natasha assisted me with excellent customer service this am. I was in good hands and she even made it a little more personable by seeing how my day was going while we waited for the updates. I had a bad purchase, outside of the return period, but because I had chosen to get the extended coverage with Asurion, it was easy to resolve! I recommend the small additional fee at purchase of anything to get this coverage. When the purchase may go bad, they will cover you!
I spent the better part of 3 hours being redirected, placed on hold, and I formed of "computer issues" keeping me from the service I was promised when I agreed to pay for this insurance. Tomorrow, I'll be paying for a new phone out of pocket and removing this insurance from the rest of my existing lines. Not worth ANY money.
What a nightmare this place is and it's horrible the way they have their calls going to Asia out of the United States PERIOD. First you have to go through a long messages of BS saying the same crap over & over.
Once you get somebody on the phone you can't understand them as their from Asia and if you can understand them they don't really have a clue how to help you. So they put you on hold for ever to their customer solution team you wait for an hour or two and then get more Asian help that struggles to communicate. They go as far as pretending they have you talking to the CEO of the department which is a $#*!ing joke. They try and use the 60 day rule that doesn't apply to everything to just BS you until you give up. Another company needs to step up so this horrible run piece of human garbage company can burn in hell.
I've been a customer of AT&T for a long time now. For about 14 years to be exact. I originally had to claim my phone on insurance and I couldn't be more happier no problems no hiccups no hesitation took care of me 100% showed up in the mail. I couldn't be more happier when you're without your phone. Thank you AT&T for being a big help. The reason why my business with you guys my business account is safe and I appreciate that.
I will admit I did a very idiotic thing, I set a tablet and a laptop on top of a refrigerator while moving and forgot about it; until I was rolling the frig down the driveway and they both fell off and bounced around on the concrete. My protection plan covered this situation, and no one gave me grief or called me stupid...

Sent my laptop in because it was shutting off when the batter was 30%. Took spme time to source some additional parts, but I was ok with that because I am not experiencing that issue anymore. Highly recommend Asurion's service!
Answer: Asurion insurance is who: Cricket Wireless, Verizon, & most remaining cell phone companies are with now! Just be careful b/c they are IMO SCAMMERS that will get you at one time or another!
Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
