Needed help activating my iPad Pro and the tech support was definitely a 5 Star service. My technician got me up and running in minutes with clear instructions and he was extremely courteous and kind through the process. Would definitely recommend using the chat support to anyone who needs assistance.

Customer agents are friendly. However, after paying deductible of $100+, I did not receive a working phone. To have the phone replaced under warranty, could cost $500. Sometimes when you call, Asurian says they can handle your issues. Other times (same issue) Asurian says that you have to be transferred to another company. I waited on hold for over 70 minutes when being transferred to another company (no answer). No phone coming; money and evening wasted!
Most inconvenient claim I've ever made. The claim item never arrived. They said they'd send another. I'm new to this town and dont know neighbors yet. I was all but forced to ask them to receive the replacement for me (AND commit to being there to sign for it). The same neighbors that (who knows) possibly stole it from porch in the first place. Asurion refused to mail it anywhere else like, I don't know, maybe the Verizon store!?! I could very easily pick it up there. Safely. What is someone in my position to do? I have no family here and literally don't know anyone yet. Yall need a new policy. New options. This is not okay.

Needed a new screen due to sudden loss. Claim process was easy with the help of the local AT&T folks and on call tech
So I love how fast this happened. This is my second device I had to have replaced. What a joke half if it is they want me to pick a device to fix. I have one device they have down I have 2 and both were the wrong imei numbers from what I have. I'm actually angry tha I pay 15 bucks a month for a service that can't keep records of my account good. But whatever. There gonna be here at my house in about 10 hours the first phone the sensors on the screen was not working correctly and I just blew ot off so I hope this replacement is not a piece of junk like the last one.

Have had issues connecting to normal every day sites/apps. They were great in analysis of my phone and patient with my low "tech knowledge" in a very quick time frame they were able to find an internal hardware issue that could've been causing my problems. I waited for months to contact them as I didn't want to be on for a really long time. I wasn't! I'll never wait if I need help again
I purchased a tablet and since it only had a 4 month factory warranty I purchased the Asurion protection. 8 months later my tablet was having problems charging. It was hit or miss if the connection with the charging cord was being made. I had to put a tube of chapstick under where the cord plugged in just to get a connection. I contacted Asurion and within minutes I had a satisfactory resolution from a very friendly customer service agent. I have several policies with them on more expensive Amazon purchases but have never had to use them. Totally worth the price for when you do need it (which is exactly what insurance is for).
We bought a new dryer for our salon and thank goodness we purchased the insurance. As in just over 6 months the dryer just stopped working. Our policy made it easy to start a claim I had to speak with a representative but quickly received a return label and a check for the full purchase price. No hassle at all.
I have a three-year plan on a Ace Magician mini-pc. The internal HDD apparently went out. I filed the Asurion claim through the Aazon website and everything was handled quickly and conveniently. I'm very pleased.
Broke my phone screen 2 weeks ago it is my life line everything the only contact I have with the world bills everything and I told them this they wanted to send a text to my phone the make sure it was me... are you serious they then waived that process then put my claim on a 48 HR hold an then asked for I'd and to down load a form on line... ive missed 6 hrs of work becauseof this nonsense and spent hard working money for shirty service an horrible customer service when this issue is taken care of I will no longer be continuing service with them
I cannot believe how great these guys are! I got phone batteries replaced, and they fixed my network hard drive that had gone bad, all for no additional fees and in a timely manner. This is better than AppleCare that I used to have, but now costs more, is much more limited, and has deductible fees.
I lost my phone and was very frustrated as I need it for work as well as personal. The rep that I spoke with Justin made it better in his knowledge and calming pleasant voice. He assisted me with no issues and he answered all my questions. Thank you Justin for making an already bad day a little bit better!
I insured an inflatable mattress for. Ducks sporting goods in July 2019 it developed a leak n I filed a claim in January 2020. After numerous attempts phones calls promises to send a check. No check ever came. N when numerous attempts made they said it was sent returned etc. they'd get it right. Also when you call it's at least 30-45 minute time every time. Never received a check. A year later nothing. It's my opinion ASURION operates to promise promise promise etc etc n eventually customer quits n gives up.
I originally started a claim on my own It was denied when I tried typing it in myself. I decided to chat with one of the representative from asurion. That representative was of great help. She saw were I had the issue and immediately fix it. Within minutes she solved it. Thank you so much. Keep up the great work
My account holder insists on having Asurion as our insurer. However, I have had nothing but problems with them. Not only are the deductibles ridiculous, but the monthly payments are high, and the service is atrocious. For example, one replacement phone they sent me (a Note 8 which was supposed to be waterproof) stopped working due to sweat damage. But the refused to fix it. This is far from the only problem I have had with these clowns. Now, they are refusing to fix my phone screen. Total waste of money.
Filing a claim was simple and the next steps to get my phone fixed were also very easy. The technician was really nice and explained everything thoroughly which I really appreciated and let me know what was going on every step of the way!
My experience with Asurion was very professional and easy-to-use. Wish I could have gotten to use my phone. But the 2 day wait for repair was a nice break. The technician knew what was needed for my phone. Kept an hour. Ready. I will keep this policy.
This was the worst customer service experience. You pay for coverage they won't honor. Won't honor the screen repair as advertised. They will only do the phone replacement at a much higher cost. Total Scam! Shame on Sprint/T-Mobile for offering and misrepresenting the product.
Troy and nate from ubreakifix came out to fix my Samsung galaxy s23 ultra after I dropped it and really messed up the screen they came to my house and were extremely professional and absolutely amazing. From start to finish the process took less than 20 minutes. The communication was absolutely top notch. When they called me and told me the eta not only were they on time but they were a few minutes early. I would recommend them to anyone to fix anything electronic. They are like wizards when it comes to fixing things. By far one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had.
My fb got hacked, I was worried about hackers having access to the information stored on my IPhone. Contacted the tech support through the app- the issue was resolved in minutes. They've run a security check for my IPhone and even WiFi. Highly recommend.
Answer: Asurion insurance is who: Cricket Wireless, Verizon, & most remaining cell phone companies are with now! Just be careful b/c they are IMO SCAMMERS that will get you at one time or another!
Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
