My voice mail hadn't worked for a couple months. AT&T told me to get a new phone. I did, same issue. I called support and they had it fixed in a few minutes. Lesson learned. Stay out of the store and call support!

I sent my phone into them once, they gave me 1/2 of what they quoted and promised.
Just submitted another claim for my tablet stand holder. My car was stolen and the same with the tablet holder, their insurance plan does not cover loss or stolen items. I got a refund for a whopping $3. Not even worth the time to wait on hold for 15 minutes.
I will NEVER use Asurion again. They are in same boat with monopolistic ISPs imo.

Not sure how my phone got damaged but filing a claim was very easy. Less than a 24 hour waiting period turn around for my claim to be approved and received a new replacement phone in 24 hours after the approval. Deductible didn't have to be paid up front. It was added to my bill which was nice because I didn't have the funds available at the time. Overall it was quick, easy and took a total of 3 days to file, be approved and receive a new replacement. Thank you!
I had downloaded a Security App from Verizon and wasn't sure what I needed to do next. So I started a chat and was able to get an amazing coach. I don't know much about my phone except what I use daily...Mariam did not give up on me she walked me through each step, some times each step had to be repeated. I was on the wrong App some of the time.
A very long, not easy, but very pleasant to work with the coach.
This company is the worst - promised a tech would be out, never showed up - no phone call - stayed up waiting for them. Then they send an email the next day saying they couldn't come for an unspecified reason and threaten to cancel the claim if I don't contact them. Hard to get hold of - endless prompts that are meaningless once you have filed your claim. What they really want is to mail the phone and have you do the work - this was offered every other sentence. When I said no - they mysteriously lose the connection. Finally I have agreed to the delivery by mail - seems the only way forward - don't trust them.
I dropped my phone at the store and they said it would be ready in 2 hours. Got call about an hour later saying my phone was complete.
I bought the extended warranty on my TV. They tell you it covers any mishap, even if it accidentally drops. It only covers power surges on TVs. Customer service rep tells you to reach out to manufacturer and see if they can repair it. Then they insult you by saying If you pay the manufacturer (more than the cost of replacing the TV) to repair it the extended warranty will still cover a power surge. Waste of money. Worthless Warranty.

It really was worth the investment. Playing live gigs has pitfalls and the lady who helped me with my claim couldn't have been nicer and more understanding. Two days from when I shipped back my damaged instrument and I already received my e-Gift Card for use at Guitar Center.
I cracked my screen, and filed a claim. Was told the replacement is on back order. No phone
11 days so far. Good thing i pay a monthly fee for this service. Then a $249.00 deductable. What a let down.
I bought an office chair that was expensive, I thought the price should reflect good quality. I was told I can buy a protection plan for 3 years which I did. The chair I bought has manufactured design defect, Only after 3 months of used,mesh seat pad snagged and couldn't support my weight (130 lbs) evenly, cause my legs numb and back was off without fully support too. I filed a claim on line for 30 minutes,vey simple, got a refund and I went get another new chair, whole process only took 24 hrs.
Received an IPhone 12 Pro Max 256gb as a replacement for IPhone 7Plus 128gb!
Heck, only thing they could have added to the experience to make it even better would have been a matching IPad! The phone was delivered within 24 hours of placing the claim!
The repair service has improved leaps and bounds since I last used this service a few years ago. Especially with Samsung phones. I always iPhones were easy and quick for repair but my note 20 Ultra was fixed in just 2 hours and the phone looked neater than before. Very cool and handy.
Received new phone through insurance claim. The phone literally came the next day in the mail. It was easy to transfer all my info over. I had to reach out to have my phone activated and I chatted with Kim. She was so personable. She had conversations with me about my children. Literally first time ever using the chat feature and having it feel so personal and caring. Thanks for going above and beyond helping me today Kim!
In today's world. There are so few. That actually want to help you. So many act bothered just to help. My experience though. But the person that helped me today. Was so awesome. That made everything easy. And kind to me. And my problem was fixed. With little effort of mine. She's the type of person that deserves. A raise. And advancement. I will end with this. Total useless scam of a service! Took two months to try fix my laptop and was never able to as they said but didn't wanna return my laptop! Wasted my time and money. You'd better off buying new than wasting your time and money on this garbage service. Good luck!

I was told by their tech they sent them untested parts of used parts. Phone I received as a replacement was defective and they make you wait 24 hours for them to review your claim and see if they will approve or deny your claim. Do not buy this insurance.
At first after reading that I have to backup my data or anything important I need to save I was very nervous about everything especially my husband who is so paranoid but after the Tech came I must say he was very pleasant and knowledgeable about his job and the best part is he works right in the comfort of our home and did a super fantastic job of changing both our phone screens. We didn't lost anything and our phones are as new as we first got them we thank you and appreciate your service.
Called after having their home protection plan for 8 months to finally use it for a malfunctioning keyboard on my iPad Pro and after being told they would help me on the phone for over an hour getting the model number etc. they transferred me to a tech that told me no it's not covered because it's considered an accessory of the iPad. They do not have a clear procedure nor does it seem like they are all even following the same protocol. What's the point of having home coverage if I already have individual device coverage and they are telling me home protection won't cover if it's not a "device". When the first 2 reps said yes that they do cover it and it will be replaced

The process to have my screen repaired was easy and quick. Was told it would be done in an hour and a half but I had to pick it up the next day due to an appointment. I was notified when it was being worked on and when it was completed
I called like 50 times and every time they sounded very sweet but ut it was all totally fake!
They kept telling us were sending an email with the return info etc etc etc but they never once did! I wasted enourmous amounts of money, time and energy on the phone with brainless people lying to me I'm gonna get my money back. Scammers, liars, cheaters!

Answer: Asurion insurance is who: Cricket Wireless, Verizon, & most remaining cell phone companies are with now! Just be careful b/c they are IMO SCAMMERS that will get you at one time or another!
Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
