This is the absolute worst company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. My phone broke to the point where I can not make calls but the only option to file a claim is online, which there were no options in my area. From there my only option was to call, there are no email addresses or any other means listed on their website to get in contact with them. This is obviously intentional. Eventually I was able to contact them through Facebook messenger. It has been 5 days now and each day they come up with one new requirement to process. I respond immediately and then dont hear back until the next day. After 5 days we still have no resultion, no phone and the saga continues. Absolutely avoid this company at all cost!
I usually buy the protection plan on anything used or reconditioned. I don't expect to use it. Most of the time, your products outlast the warranty, but this time it didn't. In very little time, and with very little effort, I was refunded my entire purchase price. I cannot say enough about how well this situation was resolved.
Lawrence was very courteous and professional in fixing my sons phone. He was knowledgeable about the product and restored it to its factory like new performance. No issues as of yet.
Don't go through them. Sent my laptop there 3 times and my issue was never resolved. Terrible and customer demeaning customer service. Do your self and favor and use a more credible insurance/protection plan. All they want is your money love.
Your technician came to repair my phone's screen. In the process, he scratched my phone's sides and left a blue film coming from under my phone's new screen. When I asked for a refund, I was told no because the screen works. This makes sense how exactly? I understand you are sending a free replacement device, but that's no excuse to be charged for a phone repair you botched.
I always have insurance on my phones. Ascurion refused to help once in of their employees promised us a price. They back peddled and would not honor it. I spent about 19 hours in the phone called 5 times. They rejected the claim because their records s showed a different phone. They kept giving us the run around very rude. Ms. Julie and Veronica are suppose to be supervisors and they are were not helpful at all rude and condescending. Don't take it out your better off not dealing with them.
Did a claim on line, got a bunch of random texts not very professional then the night before my appointment they cancelled. Had to call again and go through the same process to set another appointment have to wait another week.
My experience with my mobile phone insurance has been amazing. Their website is awesome. I wish you had a repair/ replacement store nearby. It would be nice to return the damage item and receive the replacement item in person. And to also receive assistance with the activation of replacement device. Thank you for assisting me with this process.
They speak in a rosy tone promising that they will order laptop battery and then generate a receipt. Later you will find they never revert back and when you call them they keep saying our parts manager has ordered the laptop battery. This is all fake. They kept my laptop for over 3 weeks doing nothing. Just order from Amazon and go to batteryplus store nearest to u and they would replace it in an hour. Costs only 60 dollars. Very good customer service

I had a reimbursement from a product go missing. Definately my fault for not reading my text properly. Customer service rep made it all right. I've had to use their service for several devices. Always fast and easy to deal with.
I've lost so much money on purchases that have failed to meet a fair level of competency but Asurion keeps me (and my money) safe. It is truly the best purchase I've ever made, thank you Asurion for always being there for me even when the product I purchased wasn't!

Ore representative set us up with a new phone package that would that would cost me a whole lot more for very little difference. I'm sure it's going to cost me two $35 activation fees when I return the new phone. Should have checked the insurance out first. Always check the phoneclaim.com first.
Marlon was such a dream to work with while I filed a claim on my product. I was a mess and he was so patient with me. He answered my questions after questions with no hesitation and explained everything perfectly so I could understand. He turned my day around. I'm really thankful for his dedication to best help me as a customer.
Valve steam deck device malfunctioned and would no longer turn on. Filed claim and paid deductible online through Asurion which took about 5 min to complete. Quickly received shipping label via email and mailed in device the same day. Received notice that they received my item and that it was being inspected within 3 days. 2 day later received notice that it was not able to be repaired and was given settlement amount which was accepted and received in less than 24 hours. Entire process from beginning to end of claim was roughly 7 business days. Truly wonderfully executed process. I highly recommend Asurion Home Device Protection!
Got my front screen replaced Asurion employee cracked the back of my phone while he fixed the front. They refused to replace the back top left hand screen their employee broke. Horrible do not waste your money on them.

Trixianne did a great job being patient with an elderly like me. She walked me through the data transfer for my new phone and made me feel comfortable. My data transfer was going to take hours so we mutually agreed to leave both phones on and complete the transfer in the morning, if I needed more help. I had ample information from her that I feel confident of completing the transfer.
The first Teo assigned texted as to his 2 hour window and also gave a phone number - when he didn't show and never answered texts or calls and a half hour later got an automated message that said I need to make another appt the next day - I was confused. The Teo that came out the next day was great! He was on time, professional and courteous and made my whole experience way better, that's why I left 5 stars - the rep gets the stars and Asurion got a new phone in my hands very quickly - set up was easy - rep handled it perfectly! Just wish there was a better communication method with the first one that didn't show
Asurion was the worst experience I have ever experienced. I had to file 3 claims, 2 of which I stayed online while they processed. Was told the second time the processing fee would only be $49 because of a special. The third claim full priced (no sorry for the inconvenience discount or apology email) three weeks late I had my phone replaced. The reason the first two were canceled you ask? Nobody could see a reason and they are sorry. Worst customer service.
Answer: Asurion insurance is who: Cricket Wireless, Verizon, & most remaining cell phone companies are with now! Just be careful b/c they are IMO SCAMMERS that will get you at one time or another!
Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
