Very friendly staff. It took them an hour to replace my screen so wait time wasn't too bad. The whole process was simple and its nice that they just put it to my next phone bill. Keep up the great work!
I have a broken device and the local UBreakIFix has the part, but my only options are mail or home visit. Explained the situation to the reps and was told they had no control suggested phone replacement which would take as long as tech coming out. They are a scam agency who cares nothing about their customers. Do not accept the insurance option because it is a waste of money. Wish I had seen this site before trying to insure my devices. Definitely cancelling and possibly changing to a service that doesn't use them because they are a waste of time and money
We have Asurions Protect Home through Verizon. It's supposed to cover all electronic devices in our home for a low monthly cost, which was great when my laptop started acting up. I called, filed, paid the charge, and sent my laptop in. Issue was not resolved, did this 4 more times still no resolution. All they do is reset the laptop, call it good and do not actually trouble shoot anything.
This is not worth the monthly fee if they don't repair or replace like they said they would.
Horrible service DO NOT Recommend.
Often buy the Asurion protection plans from Amazon, but this was my first time actually having to file a claim. It could'nt have been any easier and Raymund was very knowledgeable and friendly throughout the process. 5 stars all the way!
Paxton helped me set up my kid's new phone this afternoon. The not-so-simple process of transferring data kept getting stuck for us. Paxton asked all the right questions to troubleshoot. He was very thorough, patient, and resourceful. I am so very grateful for all Paxton's assistance!
Was having issues transferring data, clicked on the assistant app, and the issue was quickly resolved after a few descriptions of what I had been struggling with. Very helpful. Normal "assistant" type apps usually spin you in cyberspace and never seem to get the issues resolved, but my "assistant" was helpful and patient.
They certainly have the market cornered when it comes to insurance - no other carriers really and they have you tied up for sure. Filed a claim a week ago and still do not have a replacement phone. They are good with the - well it is out of our hands. It is the carriers fault - but admitted to me that when the claim was filed - a facility in the state I live should have been used to send me a replacement. However the asurion customer support person if you could call them that - chose a state 5 states away from me to send it from - and there is nothing they can do for me. I keep getting a notice every two days that the phone will arrive in two days. If we could just choose our insurance carrier - I am postive Asurion would fold. They suck at customer service.
They send you a return label for ups, then you drive there and they can't even download it to print, will not purchase anything else from them or Amazon that requires to use Ausurion as warranty, a complete waste of time.
Had trouble activating new phone to existing line... as far as I know... followed Verizon online instructions... did not work so opened a "chat"... Sussie (I hope I spelled that correctly)... was very professional and helpful... she resolved the issue very quickly... Verizon For Life. :)
It was quite a pleasure dealing with him. Asurion should try to employ more people of his caliber. Great guy and awesome experience. Resolved the issues and provided the info I needed to complete the phones problem.

My son jumped in the pool with his phone and thank goodness it was insured so we made an appointment and they came out the next day. The person was quick, kind, and explained everything perfectly, highly recommend getting the insurance.
I filed my original claim, and was very pleased with how helpful and friendly everyone was. My phone arrived the next day. Well, the replacement phone had a poor battery. I called Asurion as soon as I realized this was an issue, and was completely surprised with how responsive and professional they were on that second claim. We went through some trouble shooting and I was advised to give it 24 hours. I gave it 48 because I was busy, and was completely certain that it was definitely a bad battery. They couldn't have been more gracious, and the very next day I had a brand new Galaxy Flip 4 - that works exactly as my original Flip 4 worked. It's telling that I was so impressed that I sought a way to leave a review. This company actually provides real customer service and I couldn't be happier.
I went into the AT&T store in Helena considering a new phone, as mine is in ruff shape. In the process, I was reminded I have insurance on my phone; and, for the deductible which would be put on a later bill, I could replace my phone.
I am impressed by Joe's knowledge and professionalism. I will definitely continue going to him with all my questions and communication needs.
My technician, Julien, was wonderful. He thoroughly explained what repair he was doing on my device and that made me very comfortable. I really appreciated his expertise. Also having the technician come to my home was extremely convenient.

Only minor problem with phone. They won't even look into it and their only option is to charge me 200 for a new phone, even though I've already paid 10 / month for the last 23 months. Rip off! I'm getting my phone repaired by 3rd party company and cancelling my insurance. Waste of money.
After calling the Asurion phone number I was directed to a text assistant who promptly answered my questions and assured me that the claim would be filed without any cost to me. I was very pleased with the tech assistant's help.
I cannot tell you how relieved I was that there was no hassle in dealing with this service!. After spending 2 weeks on a phone and not being able to resolve the problem, I decided to choose a different route. Then I needed to get in ouch with this company. They were very efficient kind, and very pleasant to talk to. They had my problem solved in minutes! Thank You All!.
Had some trouble with automated phone service, but quickly passed to a live person. He walked me through video/audio on my phone and determined I did need a technician. The technician was professional and friendly. The problem was solved and he took the time to wait and make sure that the water line was delivering properly and the motor issue (loud whirring sound with electrical burning smell) was gone.
After owning phones for decades I experienced my first cracked screen. Went onto my at&t page and with minutes had my claim filed and a date for on-site repair, THE NEXT DAY! Repairman called prior to arrival, arrived on time and it was fixed in less than 10 minutes. All at no charge to me!
I had a long time voice-mail connection issue. Could not access my voice-mail. Emely got it done for me. I needed someone to be patient with me. She patiently hung in with me. I'm happy with the results.
Answer: Asurion insurance is who: Cricket Wireless, Verizon, & most remaining cell phone companies are with now! Just be careful b/c they are IMO SCAMMERS that will get you at one time or another!
Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
