My phone was knocked out of my had by a bicyclist and was not working at all. Mike, the technician, who was handling my claim was very courteous, professional and explained the steps and what would need to be done without missing a beat. He had the phone fixed, sanitized and back in my hands in under an hour. Overall, that experience was delightful.

This process was so easy! It was easy to figure out how to get the service I needed and how much I should expect to spend. The service was completed the first time and quickly. Communication was clear and prompt. Could not have gone better!

My experience at the at&t store on the Westside next to the neighborhood Walmart was great. Joy has very helpful and wonderful customer service. I would go back anytime to that store verses the one on the Eastside of Lancaster off avenue j and 20th east, The guy who helped me at that store was terrible.
