My experience at the at&t store on the Westside next to the neighborhood Walmart was great. Joy has very helpful and wonderful customer service. I would go back anytime to that store verses the one on the Eastside of Lancaster off avenue j and 20th east, The guy who helped me at that store was terrible.

I couldn't believe that a service technician could come to my house the same day and fix my cracked screen within 10 minutes. This was truly the easiest and best service experience I have had with my iPhones.

I had a damaged phone which was expertly repaired. Your customer service personnel was well aware of company products and services. My phone was repaired within stipulated time to my satisfaction. It's refreshing to experience such excellent service.

Tech did really did try several things but he can could not get cellular to work. Went to ATT store and they were able to get it working. Tech was very patient with my passwords etc and tried several things to get it to work.
