I have two other pair of Maui Jim Byron Bay sunglasses and wanted to get a third set. I chose Ashford initially because of the price and liked what I saw in reviews, so I thought I'd take a chance. These are genuine Maui Jim Byron Bay sunglasses and not counterfeit from what I can tell through comparing with a magnifying glass them to the Maui Jim Byron Bay sunglasses that I bought through Mary Jim at a much higher price. The Ashford website is slow to respond and I wish that could be fixed, but I'll definitely be looking to Ashford for my next pair of sunglasses and will continue to recommend them.

Got this Tissot watch as a 3rd order from Ashford.
Delivery and website experience is quite good.
However some requests for improvement
1. For some reason my saved Address was somewhat edited that fortunately did not affect the delivery
2. Hope they have a system to edit or cancel an order if there was an error on buyer.
3. Customer service via email is ok. They reply but hope it can be faster particularly when its about the order. Regarding my Tissot order

Great discounts and good communication with sales. The only complaint I have is the UPS international tracking. Once it reaches the Ph. Their system is not accurate like asking me to pay customs. Which I did and yet it has not reflected in the tracking.
