I bought a watch from Ashford as a birthday gift to my dad. It stopped working within one year. I contacted the client service and have to pay the shipping fee to send it to their repair team. It was sent back to me after a month and claimed to be fixed. However, it stopped working after one hour. It is a really disappointment experience and my lesson is personally I will never ever buy stuff from that site.

Purchased a 88 Rue du Rhone Double 8 Origin Men's Watch 87WA*******-SD as a "Store Display. Pristine Condition - Never Worn"
Original impression was positive and I reported I was very happy with this purchase. However, the watch has since broken down, and I wore it only occasionally.
I tried to give them a second chance, and added a watch in my cart yesterday. Went to checkout this morning, and price increased by 50%! Chatted with *, a customer service supervisor, and was non-apathetically told they would not honor the price in effect when i put it in the cart within the past 24 hours. Wow, they lost a purchase and a customer. Will not shop with them again.

I bought a gold watch from this company in December and chose to return it. The watch was nice, but I returned it because there was one issue with the strap size. I contacted customer service and arranged to have the watch shipped back in exchange for a different model in mid-December. I was told that within two days of them receiving my watch they would send the new one out of their warehouse. A week later, I called them and was told the watch was being inspected (which they claim is normal for a high value product).

However, after another two weeks without any updates, I called again. They told me that there was "wear and tear" on the watch. They sent over a picture of a watch that looked as if it was over ten years old. I challenged this decision as I only had the watch for two days, so it would be impossible for it to have any defects.

I kept on asking customer service to talk to upper management. Eventually, I ended up talking to one of their managers named *. He said that there was nothing he could do and claimed that I had damaged the watch.

In late January, I reached out to my credit card company, explained the entire situation and received my money back without hassle.

I myself have been a watch collector for over 25 years and I have never experienced anything close to this before.

I have nothing positive to say about my experience with Ashford. It all felt like a fraudulent experience from a company that is poorly managed. This company scams its customers and I definitely will not be doing any business with them ever again.

I urge anyone out there who is thinking about buying a watch from this company to look for a different option. They are nothing but scam artists who offer poor service to their customers. They do not value their customers, their time or provide any updates to their customers.

Never buy a product from Ashford. Especially high valued watches.

Mistake one of the items no longer available and will refund the difference waited the item never showed up even 3 days after delivery date, so I called and bought another watch this time i let them know it was wedding gift and need to be here asap and they charged me FedEx overnight shipping cost, waited till day after still nothing than track the package it sent ground shipping and it won't be here week after it was promised, now ill go and buy from a local jewler, this company totally pathetic stay away ALEX HAQ TEMPE

I ordered a pair of sunglasses from an email I received from Brad's Deals. The sunglasses were Ray Bans and were a great price. I was promised the sunglasses would be delivered by the 31st of May (I ordered them on the 23rd of May) which was fine because my vacation started on the 2nd of June. The sunglasses were late and they didn't get delivered until the 3rd of June. I contacted the customer service department and they sent me the return paperwork however it's been 6 days since they received the sunglasses and I still haven't received a refund.

I've sent two emails and no one has responded. I trust Brad's Deals to recommend good, quality products from stores that take care of it's customers. This is not the cases with Ashford.com. I guess the sayin' goes "If it's too good to be true, it is."

Will not buy from again and I do not recommend.

PLEASE READ this if your are considering purchasing from this company. I purchased a watch from Ashford approximately a year ago and had a warranty issue. I returned the watch to Ashford. The watch was sent to Breitling for repair and then returned to Ashford. After six months I was told by customer service they would ship my watch by the end of the week. Three months later and I still do not have my watch! It has been more than nine months and they can't even tell me where my watch is. They do not return calls. Stay away from this company!

Poor Customer Service

Attempted to buy a Hamilton watch from this place. The woman in customer service completely messed up the order. She was rude and patronizing when I spoke with her to correct the order. I spoke with * a couple of times regarding the order and we was more professional, but the woman I dealt with was so snotty and condescending that I would never consider giving this place my business in the future.

I bought a Movado watch 3 months ago, and after 2 months of use, the watch was rusted and has corrosion at the back. I emailed them back and forth, they (even the supervisor) offered NOTHING but require me to contact the producer directly to have it handled. They said the watch will be rusted under some conditions (chemicals and sweat). It is a luxury watch and has Stainless steel, but they are just irresponsible and walk away. I feel frustrated and dont want this to happen to any other customer. So I will not give up claiming and just give a review here, don't ever buy anything from this website.

I bought a Rado watch this Christmas and when receive it, the watch didn't look the same way as the picture shows. I called customer service and they refused to refund the money just because I tried the watch once. I suggest everyone to not buy from this company. If you want a watch, buy it from the original seller website.

I spoke with the Customer Service rep and the manager on 01/02/19 and I don't feel as though I received customer 1st support. I purchased a $300 Movado watch for my husband for Christmas. He wore the watch for the first time to church and the clear face of the watch popped off while clapping. It was so embarrassing. I contacted the company to ask about sending in the watch for a replacement and was told that upon review of the watch, they will determine if it is defective or not and then determine if I will get a refund or a replacement. I am 100% unsatisfied with this response. NO WATCH SHOULD BREAK ON A FIRST TIME USE! A $10 watch and especially not a $300 watch! I should have been asked to send in the watch and immediately sent a replacement or asked if I wanted a refund since it is under the 30 day window. I do not feel like this is good customer service, nor does it seem like they stand behind their products. How disappointing to be treated this way with such a large purchase!

Excellent Service on an Exchange

Purchased Rado watch on a Cyber Monday, but when it arrived it had a different look/color of the dial than on the website and I didn't care for it. Chose another watch and although it was a comparable Rado model was not offered at the Cyber Monday price. Customer service checked with their Sales Manager and he approved the exchange. All handled very professionally and smoothly including UPS charges both way. I was impressed and very pleased.
