Wow -- Process was very simple. This was my first time to use the replacement plan and I was ready to fight. Jenny made it so simple to get me a gift card to replace my item. I'm very impressed and will continue to purchase the replacement plans.

I ordered a pair of sunglasses from an email I received from Brad's Deals. The sunglasses were Ray Bans and were a great price. I was promised the sunglasses would be delivered by the 31st of May (I ordered them on the 23rd of May) which was fine because my vacation started on the 2nd of June. The sunglasses were late and they didn't get delivered until the 3rd of June. I contacted the customer service department and they sent me the return paperwork however it's been 6 days since they received the sunglasses and I still haven't received a refund.

I've sent two emails and no one has responded. I trust Brad's Deals to recommend good, quality products from stores that take care of it's customers. This is not the cases with Ashford.com. I guess the sayin' goes "If it's too good to be true, it is."

Will not buy from again and I do not recommend.

“Thank you. I cannot agree with you more about this vendor. I will never buy from them. I got even worse experience with them. After rounds of repair, the two watches I bought from them are still bad. They refuse to refund me for one of them.”
