I've got several watches through the years and they have always always ended being excellent. No refurbished watches that were returned once, as far as I can tell. I've got a Tissot PRS 516 that was bought from here in early 2021. It is still my favorite watch. Even though I've got more expensive ones now. Maybe because it was my first Swiss Automatic watch.

I bought a Luminox Manta Ray a few weeks ago and it is actually really nice but the bracelet clasp pops open anytime you wear it. I contacted them and they worked with me for a resolution that was very fair and worked out great. Thank you Ashford, I will order again soon :)

This was an easy purchase. I took mine to a local jewelry store to have one link removed. I like all my new Bucherer watches but the gold and stainless steel one is my favorite. I found a maker of black alligator straps in Guangdong China named Hu to convert one of the watches to a leather strap model for wearing with a suit or tuxedo.

I was excited about getting the frames I needed. It was possible that there wasn't enough information to pick the correct size. The style and brand was correct. However the color I wanted wasn't available. Also I was doing because the size was much smaller than what I expected and needed.
