I booked a flight in May to travel to Kenya July 1st from agent Alonso. My drama started July 1st when I had to pay for 2 luggage that I was not told about. When I called the agent, Alonso one of the worst agent on planet earth, lied that he had told me about it and would call me later. I am still waiting for that call to date.
Second disaster happened when I got to London and had no flight to my final destination the booked airline British has not operated to kenya fora whole year, nobody to help me because I could not call them. I resorted to texting them. The agent (Huntington)did not have a solution to my issue but offered ideas on what to do. I had to help myself basically. The saddest part is that I had a child with me. Imagine all the trauma.
One lady at the London airport finally helped me and I had to be diverted to Lagos then to my final destination. I got back to the agent that I was talking to and told him to work on my return ticket. I am still waiting for his feedback to date.
I had to ask someone to call them to work on the return ticket after I never heard from Huntington.
Know Jacinda come by. She was to work on my return ticket. I had to literally call this lady everyday. Oh my God.
I was finally given a fake ticket that never existed.
On the 4th at 10pm, I arrive at the airport. After standing on the line for 2 hours, shock on me. My name is non existent. I have to call the argent again because American airlines can't help my situation.
Talking to the agent he tells me that I asked for a partial refund which I did not and at the same time he is telling me that the ticket is still on my name but on the counter the ticket was still on the original ticket that the airline British airline has not operated to Kenya for a whole year. I would love to see where I asked for the refund.
I had to book for another ticket and with a child had to find my way back to wherever I come from with a curfew on at 10pm. I ended up using money that I didn't have in this hard economy.
I will offer all the evidence that I have. All my family and friends will never use you. Will get a lawyer if needs be.
What you put me and my child through was too much.

Never Again

I had a bad experience with customer satisfaction with this agency. Total amount of flight ticket I bought for my mom and sister is $2765. I paid $258 protection in case of flight cancellations etc. And I should get 100% of fare back! At the peak of Covid 2019, I requested for refund but was pushed to do voucher. After 2 years they followed up if I want to use voucher but I have no plans to travel at all. Since it has validity to 2023 only. I asked for refund again but only to find out that I get charged for two passengers $500 each ($1000 total). Then another $500 bank transfer fees ending up at $1,265! They even asked me to sign a waiver that I will have no further claims, charges or complaints. With so much trouble and hundreds of emails. I will never use this agency anymore or any other 3rd party booking agency. Lesson learned. I want to share with everyone my experience

Fraud

Be careful! They will always have a catch and will always make you pay for cancellation made by the actual airlines even though it was not your fault. Not even the ticket insurance they offer will cover those cancellations. Just REFUSE to pay them when cancelations occur that aren't on your end because that fee is non refundable and that is where I am currently. I was able to get all other translations refunded except the cancellation one that i so regretfully paid for. Even after 2 credit card disputes Anish- the travel agent is making it impossible to get that refunded. They are so rude and so unprofessional and just care about money but their services are BULL and so pathetic. Just book from the airline directly.

I am a frequent traveler and had the worst experience of my life booking through ASAP. One of the legs of my flights was cancelled by the airline. I spent the next 3 weeks first trying to rebook then trying to get a refund to rebook myself. I NEVER GOT THE REFUND. When I tried to rebook through ASAP for the same airline, they took so long that the flight I wanted went up dramatically and was no longer an option. I then found another flight with a different airline that I wanted, they 'couldnt find the flight'. Finally I booked it myself and they wont refund me! AWFUL. And their sales reps are the worst and theres no manager to speak with ever. I would give no stars if I could. DO NOT USE THEM

I booked a ticket at ASAP Tickets for $1,705.00 for China Air, departure date: July 17,2021. 5 days before the departure date I called China Air to ask about my flight, they told me that my flight has been cancelled due to the extended travel ban in Taipei (Taiwan) the "layover" airport.

I called Mr. Lock the agent who booked my flight but he told me that he wasn't aware of the cancellation. I didn't even receive any calls or emails from ASAP T. Informing me that my flight has been cancelled. I emailed and called ASAP including Mr. Lock asking for a full refund of my ticket. But I never received any response from them. I even file complaints at Better Business Bureau but no response.

I called ASAP several times about the cancelled flight and I was given the "run-around" from one agent to the other. And kept getting calls from ASAP agents asking if I want to re-book my flight. I told them that I don't want to re-book my flight, I want a refund. Two agents by the name of Ariel and Geneva asked me If I want to re-book. And told them that I want a refund. And they said that I would have to fill out a refund form which they would email it to me. And that they will call me back. BUT they never called back. NEVER. Even Mr. Blunt the supposed guy to handle the refund never followed up.

DON"T EVER BOOK your TICKET at ASAP Tickets. If your flight is cancelled they give you they toss you around from one agent to the other. They NEVER follow up on the refund. THESE PEOPLE ARE FRAUD.

People please save your hard earned money. ASAP insisted that the ticket we bought was non refundable though clearly it's their fault as they LIED to us. Flight cancelled dt COVID not us! We have emails and recorded the horrific encounter of their Agent Vipin to my mother which the agent refused to help my mother! Please spread the word, this terms and conditions are unfair business practice in times of flight cancellations! Their travel care ticket protection is a SCAM! Please spread the word, this agency need to be out of this air travel business! Follow my you tube as more to come!

SCAMMERS

These are the BIGGEST SCAMMERS of life! Please save yourself the trouble and do not purchase any tickets from them! I bought a ticket from them 2 years ago when the Pandemic was just starting and before then unknowingly making chances to my ticket, they canceled and gave me a « credit » I recently received an email from the actual airline saying I was eligible to get a FULL refund but since I purchased the ticket through them (A third party) I had to call them. I did to start the refund process. My agent name was GLEN. He initially seemed helpful and walked me through the refund process. He told me that there were « refund fees » I would have to pay. My original ticket was $420 and he told me that from that amount they would take $120, I was upset of course because an actual airline company would refund you the full amount but I agreed to the $300 refund. 2 weeks later I received just $120? I immediately called GLEN back and for a month he has been unresponsive. For a month different agents have told me they would email or call me back about the issue and NOTHING. Finally today I speak with an agent Copper who told me that I only received $120 because they took $100 for refund fees and $200 for an airline « penalty fee » this is unheard of because the airline told me I was eligible for a FULL refund and that they technically own the ticket. They have nothing to do with my money. They basically scammed me. This seems like a company straight from India where they scam people. I'm sure all the positive reviews come generated by them. Please save yourselves the headache and don't think you are getting a « deal » from them because trust me, you are not. They will scam you of your money and then disappear. I hope they get shut down! I will take this issue to my bank and high up so that this never happens to anyone again.

I used to love ASAP and reccomended them to all my friends! Awesome customer service and prices, etc. But I will never trust them again with my flights. They seriously messed up, it cost me $2,000 and they never apologized. I had a flight booked, with ticket protection. The airline, not surprisingly, had to change flight plans. It didn't work for me, so I reached out to schedule changes ream to adjust the dates 25 days prior to flight. They said they were "working on it" Next week, I emailed, no response. Next week, they said my orginal booking agent was on it. I kept calling/emailing. 24 hours they finally started talking to me, but oh, there was a $300 penalty since the change was less than 24 hours. I refused to be penalized for their poor service. The manager offered to rebook for an upcharge the exact same price as an entire new booking. I refused. They said they'd refund, 12 days later, after again pretending ignorance, (until I forwarded my agent his very own words that he was working on my refund) they finally got me the paperwork for and I've got $300 back out of the $2000 ticket. I can't afford to risk another costly encounter like this. They refused to ever accept responsibility. After being ASAP biggest fan for 5 years, I feel violated
