I booked a ticket at ASAP Tickets for $1,705.00 for China Air, departure date: July 17,2021. 5 days before the departure date I called China Air to ask about my flight, they told me that my flight has been cancelled due to the extended travel ban in Taipei (Taiwan) the "layover" airport.
I called Mr. Lock the agent who booked my flight but he told me that he wasn't aware of the cancellation. I didn't even receive any calls or emails from ASAP T. Informing me that my flight has been cancelled. I emailed and called ASAP including Mr. Lock asking for a full refund of my ticket. But I never received any response from them. I even file complaints at Better Business Bureau but no response.
I called ASAP several times about the cancelled flight and I was given the "run-around" from one agent to the other. And kept getting calls from ASAP agents asking if I want to re-book my flight. I told them that I don't want to re-book my flight, I want a refund. Two agents by the name of Ariel and Geneva asked me If I want to re-book. And told them that I want a refund. And they said that I would have to fill out a refund form which they would email it to me. And that they will call me back. BUT they never called back. NEVER. Even Mr. Blunt the supposed guy to handle the refund never followed up.
DON"T EVER BOOK your TICKET at ASAP Tickets. If your flight is cancelled they give you they toss you around from one agent to the other. They NEVER follow up on the refund. THESE PEOPLE ARE FRAUD.
