I purchased 6 tickets round-trip, all the tickets cost a lot, my flight was canceled going back to USA, called ASAP never answered the phone, email and then respond me with no alternative or any help, basically they told me to F my self, buy another tickets, I would never recommend anyone buying tickets from ASAP

"WORSE COMPANY EVER"

I have been dealing with ASAP Tickets for over a year now and my biggest issue is dishonesty and waiting times on hold to the point that their system automatically hangs up the call after 30 minutes and does not allow you to leave a message! When you do finally get through employees our at there own residents tell you they need to call you back in so many minutes and you never hear from them. I really wonder how they can still be in business operating the way they do.Its a total nightmare! I have called them to make changes on my flights due to Covid and Government changes and they charge bigtime for the flight changes yet the airline allows for free changes due to Covid. I WOULD STAY AWAY FROM THEM!

Lufthansa cancel my return ticket in March 2020 and refunded the money to Asap ticket. I have been calling Asap tickets for my refunds since January and they refused to give me back my money. I'm very disappointed in this company

If I could do 0 stars, I would. The first agent was Jerry, who stopped replying to me once he sold us the tickets.
Then, Picolina, was incompetent and couldn't book us a flight. Next, we worked with Lambert, who ghosted us when we tried an exchange. Fernando actually helped us out a bit as he helped us exchange the tickets, but in the end, we received poor service, a canceled flight with no notification from ASAP, and we lost $500 to refund fees.
I would never use ASAP again, nor recommend it to anyone. Burn in hell ASAP.

We bought ticket from them, 2 days after the purchase when I wanted to reserve a seat untied airline and Lufthansa would say you have no confirmed ticket after soooo many contact with them they changed our agent 3 times and then charged us another 800 because the first time they did it wrong and then the flight class has changed ( we were on a call with them for hours), 2 days before our trip we learned that we still have no confined ticket, we contacted them and they didn't answer us, the we contacted unities airline and they charged us another 1300 to give us ticket. For the trip that should have cost ~5000 and I could buy it from any other website we ended up paying over 7000

This company charge you money but they don't pay the airline properly, if I wouldn't have called airline to reserve my seat I wouldn't know I have no ticket and would go to airport with no ticket on hand

Don't waste your time and money with this fraud company

I purchased two business class tickets at $4200 through an agent, knowing that I can get them for $60 cheaper at the airline site. I thought having an agent will make the process smoother. I also tipped $40 for the more expensive tickets, as it is their standard practice to ask tips.
However, the agent didn't inform me that I would pay $640+ to select a seat! This is business class! You would think that you can get assigned seating once you reserve. Even that as it may, the agent didn't inform me that I would need to pay extra. I would have taken that extra cost in consideration when choosing the airline to fly in. Also, most agencies have reserved seating for their customers, but not ASAP. In other words, even though I paid for a higher business class, I still need to pay extra to get assigned seats. Upfront information would have been useful.
The agent has now been avoiding me and refusing to take my calls. Our last agreement was we are going to try this month. But he has disappeared.
ASAP Tickets is a scam. You pay more for tickets, tips and you may not get the whole information you need to fly.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

DO NOT USE ASAP TICKETS!

Highly recommend to NOT use ASAP tickets, they will charge you with fees if you catch covid 19 before your flight and need to rebook. Lie that they gave you insurance and later claim when you need to use it, you don't have it.

The airline i booked was emirates which is extremely accommodating in this situation, unfortunately I have to deal with ASAP becasue I booked through them. I would have been better off booking direct and buying seperate travel insurance from a legit company.

In the end I lost $638 in FEES and wont get my refund for up to 60-90 days due to not being able get on my flight from adocumented pos covid test before my flight.

If i want to rebook with them I need to pay an additional 1300 in fare price difference on top of the 2500 I've already invested on the original flight.

I ended up getting the new flight directly on emirates website for 1875... and of course asked for the refund option.

The agents lie and claim I'm taking money out of their 200 week pay check if they take off the fees. I may get them fired. ETC. I am shocked a company exists like this. I hope I get my refund, they are the worst company I ever dealt with.

SCAM AGENT

This company deserves a -1 rating.
ROX possess very poor customer service skills.
Flight was changed, I had nightmare with this company, they wanted to charge me up to $200.00. Was getting no where, then called the airline myself and told them my experience With ASAP wanting to charge me more for ticket. The airline said they should not have suggested charging me, because it is an exchange. The airline rescued me from the SCAM. My flight time was changed without paying a dollar more.
SAVE YOURSELF THE NIGHTMARE.

I booked a flight rtx Boston -Heathrow-Boston. Delay/Virgin airlines. Within a day it was rescheduled to a different day. This was not my choice. One of the pair of tix had to be cancelled for this reason. I rescheduled to a better time for my ticket. Within days I got two separate messages. Each rescheduling my flights to other days. Each to one day later. The arrival would put me arriving the day if my son's wedding -not acceptable and the latter added a day to a trio the rest of my family was finishing on August 21. I contacted the team and emailed to Diana who was serving as my agent. The team member I got wouldn't work with me when I said I had been working with Diana and said she would be on it this morning (Monday). He was actually pretty rude and woukd not share information. Diana has not called or emailed me ans calls to her and the team go into call waiting for a time and then cut off. I have had to book with an alternate airline to assure I make it to my son's wedding. But I cannot get any response from ASAPtickets to assure my money will be refunded. Delta does refund when they reschedule like this. But the travel agency has to process it, Delta/virgin Airways cannot. ASAP seems very nice until something goes wrong and then they are no where to be found. It has been 24 hours of trying to get through to them. Still hoping they will get back to me and rectify this. If they do I will amend this review.

I was planning to book an international flight with asap. Usually there is service is good but this time an agent is threatening me by sending email and call. I will not take the name of the agent here but ASAP should tell him that I'm not abide to book tickets with them. I got the better price and they didn't provide the matching price thus i booked my ticket with someone else. Agent is threatening me that I wasted his time and he will tell the airlines to transfer the penalties to my mileage account. Never expected this kind of customer service from a reputed company.

I booked a flight in May to travel to Kenya July 1st from agent Alonso. My drama started July 1st when I had to pay for 2 luggage that I was not told about. When I called the agent, Alonso one of the worst agent on planet earth, lied that he had told me about it and would call me later. I am still waiting for that call to date.
Second disaster happened when I got to London and had no flight to my final destination the booked airline British has not operated to kenya fora whole year, nobody to help me because I could not call them. I resorted to texting them. The agent (Huntington)did not have a solution to my issue but offered ideas on what to do. I had to help myself basically. The saddest part is that I had a child with me. Imagine all the trauma.
One lady at the London airport finally helped me and I had to be diverted to Lagos then to my final destination. I got back to the agent that I was talking to and told him to work on my return ticket. I am still waiting for his feedback to date.
I had to ask someone to call them to work on the return ticket after I never heard from Huntington.
Know Jacinda come by. She was to work on my return ticket. I had to literally call this lady everyday. Oh my God.
I was finally given a fake ticket that never existed.
On the 4th at 10pm, I arrive at the airport. After standing on the line for 2 hours, shock on me. My name is non existent. I have to call the argent again because American airlines can't help my situation.
Talking to the agent he tells me that I asked for a partial refund which I did not and at the same time he is telling me that the ticket is still on my name but on the counter the ticket was still on the original ticket that the airline British airline has not operated to Kenya for a whole year. I would love to see where I asked for the refund.
I had to book for another ticket and with a child had to find my way back to wherever I come from with a curfew on at 10pm. I ended up using money that I didn't have in this hard economy.
I will offer all the evidence that I have. All my family and friends will never use you. Will get a lawyer if needs be.
What you put me and my child through was too much.

Never Again

I had a bad experience with customer satisfaction with this agency. Total amount of flight ticket I bought for my mom and sister is $2765. I paid $258 protection in case of flight cancellations etc. And I should get 100% of fare back! At the peak of Covid 2019, I requested for refund but was pushed to do voucher. After 2 years they followed up if I want to use voucher but I have no plans to travel at all. Since it has validity to 2023 only. I asked for refund again but only to find out that I get charged for two passengers $500 each ($1000 total). Then another $500 bank transfer fees ending up at $1,265! They even asked me to sign a waiver that I will have no further claims, charges or complaints. With so much trouble and hundreds of emails. I will never use this agency anymore or any other 3rd party booking agency. Lesson learned. I want to share with everyone my experience
