Good service good people make me easy everything I need hopefully everything goes when I'm travelling
This company is a joke, its hiring the most mediocre stuff, they are after your money, once they get it good lunch getting in touch with them, the stuff is rude every time I ask for a supervisor they said that they don't have one available and you can't complain. I called an agent name Bucky to exchange my flight on Thursday, he said give me 30 mints to find you one. I waited more than an 2 hours and when I did not hear back from him I called him. He said that he still waiting for a respond from the airlines which was a lie. Then after 12 hours he send me an email with my new tickets, I went ahead and paid for it with the form he sent and it was about $214 difference., that was Saturday so when I did not get my E-ticket I called the 1800 number and mr Bucky is nowhere to be found, so I talked to few other agents and they assure me that I have a ticket I just need to wait for Mr. Bucket the perseon who initiated the exchange. I told them the My bank account was debited but I still don't have a ticket, so I waited the next day was Sunday then still don't have a ticket, I called them again again I finally got hold of an agent called webster he also assure me that my ticket is available once Bucky gets back from the weekend you will get, and on Monday I called Bucky he had my wait another 5 hours to find out that I have no ticket and I lost my flight that was on Monday. He said is my fault, and know that ticket it's $500, it's about $300 more. He was unprofessional handling this case. He said now I have to pay that fare or no ticket. Then after I argue with how you do this to me he hang up on me and left me stranded.
Don't use this company the agent are not in the USA they are in Asia and it's very hard to communicate with them. Below is the pic of my bank account debited.

Lowest price tickets & quick service & very helpful. Much better than Delta Airlines they are so hard to reach on the phone & the wait time can be hours. ASAP TICKETS ARE VERY FAST, Agents phone you back quickly. And have the lowest prices.
I tried to book a return flight from Atlanta to Amsterdam. Got a good price from one person, but still needed confirmation from the destination that the date was correct. Confirmed the flight, but paid the next day. Flight confirmed, got the email. An hour later somebody from ASAP called me and stated that the ticket price had gone up $80 because that particular ticket was not longer available. I argued that the company had agreed with me to sell me the ticket for that price and therefore should keep it's word. He then found me another ticket to the same destination with fewer stops, it was $50 more than the original price. There was also the haggle about this being with or without the original insurance. With insurance included, I agreed to buy this ticket. Confirmed and all; I got the confirmation email. Half an hour later he said that the price had gone up $30, because the other flight was no longer available. That was the point that I gave up. I booked my own on flight hub. I paid more, but is was better for my nerves.
I have to say the charges they made to my card were reversed immediately.

Ruth said i had to go through bangkok instead of going straight to phuket, This was incorrect. Some hours later i figured out she was wrong. She refused to correct this, Asaptickets three days later still did nothing to fix this except to connect me to her phone line she seemed very cheerful promised to have this fixed in five minutesThat was 7 hours ago. I have bought tickets from asap in past. I was trapped in phils over covid and they did not get e a refund. Some months Asiana airline did asaps job for the and fixed it. I was sent emails by ASAP ticket informing me of my (round trip)Las Vegas to Philippines trip's schedule change to which I found inconvenient for me. So, I called them the day before my supposed flight Aug. 16. I was able to talk to Hercules the agent of ASAP and told him that since I was not agreeable to the schedule change, I wanted to cancel the trip. He said he was going to contact the airlines right away so that I wouldn't be charged for a no-show. I waited on the other line as he was doing his task about informing these airlines. When he was finished, I asked him about my refund. He said he was going to contact me again. Instead of giving me an email about my cancellation which is an office procedure for those cancellations and to which all customers are entitled to, he sent an email about a planned trip and that he would be my agent. I tried several times to reach him but he was not answering the phone. I emailed him several times to call me. He called but suddenly hanged up on me. I sent him again several emails telling him to contact me. He said he was going to call me but never did. All I wanted was (A) a copy of the cancellation and (B) my refund. In frustration, I tried calling again, and I was able to talked to Benevolent, another agent. He wanted me to get a new ticket for next year. I told him that I did not know my schedule for next year and I was not sure of the date and because of the pandemic. He also did not call me back. All I wanted was the cancellation copy and MY REFUND. As usual these scammers and dishonest agents did not help me. They refused to give me my REFUND. They needed to be reported to BBB. Do not go to ASAP Tickets. You'll be sorry.

I have been dealing with ASAP Tickets for over a year now and my biggest issue is dishonesty and waiting times on hold to the point that their system automatically hangs up the call after 30 minutes and does not allow you to leave a message! When you do finally get through employees our at there own residents tell you they need to call you back in so many minutes and you never hear from them. I really wonder how they can still be in business operating the way they do.Its a total nightmare! I have called them to make changes on my flights due to Covid and Government changes and they charge bigtime for the flight changes yet the airline allows for free changes due to Covid. I WOULD STAY AWAY FROM THEM!
