I am a frequent traveler and had the worst experience of my life booking through ASAP. One of the legs of my flights was cancelled by the airline. I spent the next 3 weeks first trying to rebook then trying to get a refund to rebook myself. I NEVER GOT THE REFUND. When I tried to rebook through ASAP for the same airline, they took so long that the flight I wanted went up dramatically and was no longer an option. I then found another flight with a different airline that I wanted, they 'couldnt find the flight'. Finally I booked it myself and they wont refund me! AWFUL. And their sales reps are the worst and theres no manager to speak with ever. I would give no stars if I could. DO NOT USE THEM
