Hello. I have returned my order to this company and the track number says delivered to this company and signed by this company. But the company says they haven't received anything. I used their return label.
Already start the dispute with my bank against this company.
I bought a coat for my daughter for Xmas and found out now she doesn't want it, so went to return it and was told that I couldn't get a refund for it. Only a store credit.
I wasn't t told this when I bought the coat or would never have bought it.
I will never shop there again with such a terrible return policy and I don't suggest anyone does.

Yes sometimes the workers hired can be stuck up, but even people hired at low end cheap stores can be stuck up. There clothing is quality. Yes it is expensive but at least u are purchasing real material
I bought the TNA Botanie Long Puffer last year and the zipper broke. It is such a bad quality item for the price I bought it for. I have the smaller one too and it's the same. I am not impressed with the quality of the jacket.
I'm pretty happy with the Aritzia customer care experience. I got a Babaton tank top and it came with a stitch that had popped out. When I pulled the stitch it created a hole. I was pretty freaked out since I already took the tags off. I called the customer care and they told me they'd reach out to get some pictures in a couple hours. In 5 minutes they reached out, reviewed my images and ordered me another tank top within the hour. I however do need to send back the top with the hole in it and wait for a return while they charged my card for the new top. That kinda sucks but overall I'm pretty satisfied.
I ordered a coat online. I wasn't told it would be FedExed. Fedex delivered while I was at work. They won't reship it without aritzia calling them. I called 5 times and no one answered for three of those calls. They said they would reship it. That was 4 days ago. I still don't have a coat and now they won't refund it. All I get is oh we're trying to find out where the coat is. It's at FedEx. I get daily notifications.
I am victim of Aritzia's worst return policy and even worst customer service. I ordered online a TNA Parka Summit however the size I bought was large and it was way to big on me. It felt like I was wearing someone else's coat. I tried for 1-2 hrs. I did take out the tag, but saved all the tags. I went next day to return explaining the condition. I just wanted a exchange for smaller size. I wasn't asking for refund. They said its final sale, whereas the policy mentions that anything more than 50% is final sale. The coat I bought was around 43% off the original price. They didn't honour that, they said they can't accommodate me in any means. I never experienced such a horrible return policy. They lost me as a customer and I would never buy any gift and not giving referrals fir family and friends.
STAY AWAY FROM ONLINE ORDERS.
I ordered a hoodie online and regretted hitting the submit order button so I tried to cancel but they only give you a 30 minute window to cancel. I find this so stupid. I want to go return it in stores when it comes in the mail but from what I read of the return policy, you can only get in store credit. This is very frustrating to me and needs to be changed so the experience can be enjoyable
So really upsetting to write this review because I love the quality of the clothing. So this review has nothing to do with the clothing. But their customer service is atrocious! The women I spoke to on the phone today was condescending and rude. I've never felt like so like like like like... in high school! She literally sounded like a brat who kept saying like over and over. And when I tried to explain that the issue with my credit card wasn't coming from my end but their fault she literally ignored me and was like anything else... nasty. She never once tried to explain why my credit card wasn't working nor did she try to help me solve the issue. She was beyond rude and ignored me throughout the whole conversation. All I can say is they lost a customer for their Horrible customer service and maybe they should really retrain their staff on how to speak to their customers especially ones who have spent thousands of dollars on their company.
The Babaton Sontag Linen Pant is completely see through. The linen quality is very low grade and thin. I would size down but I'm not sure the sizing is consistent :(
I bought a suit and it was not cheap. I took the tags off and it ripped the material of the suit. I also discovered a hole covered by the tag itself. I then went to the store to return it and they wouldn't take it back even though I didn't wear it. Unbelievable. This store is a rip-off. I would advise everyone to not shop there.
I went into the store and since they didnt have my size the clerk suggested ordering to the store. Ok fine. I did this. And PAID. A week and half later i began wondering why i wasnt being contacted. So instead i contacted them only to find out my order was cancelled due to inventory. Ok. NO courtesy call or refund was given. I was told that now i have to inconvenience myself to go to the store for a refund. Im sorry but if you give custiners the option to order to the store and make them PAY for the items... first ensure your inventory is accurate and offer some type of compensation for your paying customers not a simple... there is nothing we can do.
I would like to file a formal complaint and say that I am very disappointed with Aritzia's policy.
In my opinion, you shouldn't play with customer expectations in this way. If a product is available for purchase and has been purchased, you should deliver the product. I honored my payment and stayed 2 days counting on the purchase and I was calm for having made the purchase for my mother so I stopped looking for another gift. It was a gift for my mother who is turning 60 and has always loved the brand and I sent her proof of purchase and she was very happy. Now I need to inform you that she won't have the coat she's always dreamed of I don't have anything to give my mom for her birthday party.
It's not fair and I think the brand should treat the customers' wishes with more care and respect.
I bought a coat online and returned it. It had been discounted $15 - hence why I bought it. It arrived and looked super cheap - not at all like the photo. It was almost $300, so I thought no way and sent it back immediately. I was then told that THEY DO NOT REFUND SALE ITEMS and that all I could receive was a store credit. The woman on the phone was truly awful. In fact, at 31 years old, I do not think I have ever been spoken to so rudely by a customer service worker. She was literally SCREAMING at me on the phone like she was in middle school - it was unprofessional and incredibly bizarre. I called back to actually file a formal complaint and was told phone calls are not recorded because of payment info being exchanged. Understood, but this means that customer service people can act CRAZY and never be reprimanded. So unfortunate. Will never shop here again.
So i called aritzia customer service line yesterday i spoke with chloe regarding my atmosphere leggings how this time it felt a little snug and i never worn itc it has all the tags on it and i wanted to see if i can change it something else because size XS fits tight and size S fits very loose so i asked politely if i can just changed it to something else whether its much more expensive or less, chloe asked her manager and she refused becaz she said its been few month we cannot, i asked if i can talk to her manager which her name is vivian and she was very rude and sarcastic on the phone. They honestly have the worst customer service and policey i would never shop from there. Jusy before i called the store i spent over $400 on there product after what happened yesterday ill be returning all there crap and wont shop from there ever again. Worst worst customer service and policey.

First, with its return/exchange policy, with all brands ive ever shopped, this is worst policy ive seen. Only refunds with store credits and no refund on any sales. This is ridiculous especially during COVID.
I ordered online last months and I shipped two pieces back. First, it took about two weeks for them to process the return. Second, the customer service insisted they only found one item in my return... while Im 100% sure I put both clothes in the bag but in separate bags. They refused the process the return and thats how I didnt get a top neither $50 back
I used the store credits from return and bought a cami from Babaton. The satin feels way cheaper than the satin dress I got from Target, such bad quality for the price, totally not worth the money.
They probably just use all money they got from customers on marketing with those influencers, lol
After making a few purchases from Aritzia for myself and loving the amazing cozy and soft fabrics and great quality of the pieces, I decided to order a Super Puff vest as a Christmas gift for my mom who lives in Europe. Through some confusion, the package got stuck at customs and I did not receive any emails or updates from Aritzia or DHL letting me know that it had arrived and I could pay the customs fees. Since two months passed before I reached out to customer care (my mistake was waiting that long!), the package was exported and could no longer be reclaimed.
While this was really sad news, especially because Christmas passed without my mother receiving her gift, the Aritzia customer care team did an amazing job reaching out via phone call and trying to find a personalized solution for me. For personal reasons this was a meaningful gift, and I emphasized that I would rather my mom receive her gift than get a refund or store credit. The customer care team, and specifically Lindsay who I spoke with via email and phone call, went above and beyond and offered to ship the vest straight to my mom if they do receive it from DHL (which could take up to 2-3 months) since it was completely sold out. She also gave me the refund and the gift card, which was extremely generous and a super meaningful gesture.
Overall my experience with the customer care team at Aritzia showed me how much they truly value their customers. I fully recommend this brand to anyone looking for great quality, impossibly soft fabrics and flattering silhouettes.
I was really excited when I placed my order through this company. I had been to their Walnut Creek location several months ago and I really liked the quality of their merchandise. So when I saw there was a 50% sale on a blouse I was interested in, I jumped at the opportunity. What I was expecting was a high quality, well-made, white blouse and what I got was everything but that. The material was extremely see through, poorly made, and very cheap quality. What I got and what was advertized were two completely different things. I would hesitate to pay $10, let alone the $44 I had too. ON TOP OF ALL THAT, when I returned my item, I was charged for shipping again so I ended up only being reimbursed a fraction of the cost. In short, I was very disappointed with a company that was supposedly reputable. I would strongly advise anyone to seriously reconsider before placing an order with this company.
I asked a staff member what size I am in yoga pants she said I have no ideas and walked away to resort hangers also I tried to return a body suit, not worn with tags, no return for hygienist reasons but no one mention that when I bought it. My expensive sweater pilled up and I'm just so over this place. NOT worth it sorry I can afford it but the bad service is not worth it, I expect WAY more from a luxury store
2 weeks ago, the sales wanted me to order a dress, told me even it was a sale item I could still be had 10 days to exchange. Today I went and wanted the exchange, the sales show me damn face. When I told the manager about it, she told me her employee did a good job and exchanged for me. I was not talking about money or exchange, I was talking about attitude and the way they deal with the customers. Aritza is a big company, I am sure they will ignore this. No more Artiza shxt anymore.

Answer: Aritzia is taking advantage of their young, targeted audience by not offering proper customer service to a generation that is likely to sit down and take the abuse, rather than fighting back and getting what they deserve. They have a return policy of only ten days, which is an outlier amongst Canadian companies. In ten days, a product likely won't be delivered if purchased online, so the return period is lost before the product even reaches its buyer. I'm leaving this review in hopes of spreading awareness of Aritzias poor customer service and the impossibility to return products to Aritzia.
